It has nice view and clean.

The shower had mold in it, and the bathroom in general was very warn out (no stopper for the sink, missing pieces of wallpaper, poorly repainted tub. etc.).

We were advised at check in that we could potentially have a late check out free of charge or pay to extend a few hours but would need to book in the morning. In the morning we were advised that the manager was not in until after 10am and we would have to wait until then. We book this hotel every year for a race and this is the first rime it had been a problem. The race started before 10am therfore we could not speak with the manager

We asked for lakeside room got part park part lake if you really stretched to look out the window. The roller paper is single ply. And worst of all we had to pay for the parking 22.00

They were great and next day upgraded us to a suite!

Yes, everything was perfect. Room was clean. Quiet 3 nights and breakfast was delicious. Shout out to Nora at check in who made our stay so wonderful. We’ll be back.

The staff was very courteous, check-in was smooth. The TV in the room was old so you cannot mirror from the phone or there was no availability of apps on the TV. Also, the aspect ratio of TV was quite bad.

Lack of staff support when needed

The hotel room was filthy with chewing gum stuck to the chairs and floor, along with body hair on surfaces. The pool was horrific with body hair all over the pool deck and on the pool chairs. The Hotel is not clean and we did not stay the night due to the uncleanliness of the Hotel. We stayed a 3 hours and left. When we spoke to reception at check-in he was not professional and hardly acknowledge us and our questions about the pool location and wifi. When we spoke to the same receptionist that we were checking out he stated good, and go speak to my manager.
