카사 부에라스 부티크 호텔

인테리어도 특색있으면서 무척 아름다웠습니다. 제가 체크인 할 때 있었던 리셉션의 직원은 정말 적극적으로 친절하고 설명도 잘해주어 감동받았네요. 다만 와이파이가 조금 잘 안되었어요. 전반적으로 추천합니다.

The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. They even provided us with a packed breakfast for an early excursion and a snack for an early ride to the airport. The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago.

La habitación se encontraba en malas condiciones de limpieza, con bastante polvo visible sobre las superficies, especialmente en las mesas. Además, había un fuerte olor a humedad que se percibía de inmediato al ingresar a la habitación Suite 5, lo que resultaba bastante desagradable. Durante la estadía incluso apareció una araña de gran tamaño, situación que informamos, pero no hubo respuesta ni aplicación de insecticida por parte del personal. Lo peor fue la cama. A pesar de ser anunciada como cama italiana, se sentía dividida, como si fueran dos camas unidas, lo que generó una muy mala calidad de descanso, siendo justamente ese uno de los principales motivos de nuestra estadía. En resumen, una muy mala experiencia. El precio es elevado en relación con la calidad del servicio ofrecido. No lo recomiendo.

Helpful staff, they stored our luggage after checkout until we went to the airport and arranged our ride there. Room clean and comfortable, the real gem of the place is its hidden garden and patios complete with a swimming pool. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The staff, especially the front desk were fabulous.

Great location. Wonderful “ boutique“ feel, a little like the H 10 hotels in Barcelona and Madrid. I believe it’s an old apartment building that they converted to hotel. What I really liked was the very helpful staff.

Non-working A/C in our room. Promised to fix it and didn’t and they finally moved us to another room. We had a leaky toilet. A strong rainstorm came one evening and there must have been an opening in the roof because our ceiling became wet and rainwater entered our room at floor level and pooled up on the floor. During our seven day stay our room was never vacuumed. Also, some housekeeping touchup work is necessary. An example was a significant buildup of dust on the shelf above the headboard. On the positive side, the hotel is in a convenient location, and all of the staff were quite friendly, however, not proactive enough to remedy the issues we faced.

Elegí este hotel porque viajé específicamente para asistir a un espectáculo a la noche y la idea era cenar en el hotel. Había leído en las especificaciones "Acerca de esta propiedad" dos puntos distintos: 1 - Desayuno continental incluido y 2 - Restaurante. Luego en "Ver toda la información de esta propiedad" otros dos puntos: Desayuno Desayuno continental incluido Se sirve todos los días de 08:00 a 11:00 etc. Luego: Comida y bebida Bar-cafetería Un bar o lounge Hice el check in alrededor de las 16hs. La idea era comer un sandwich o algo liviano en el bar y salir a recorrer la ciudad, pero me informaron que en el bar sólo hay barras de cereal y snacks (no era algo del momento sino que es la única comida que ofrecen). Pregunté a qué hora abría el restaurante y me respondieron que es para desayunar. Volví a preguntar, por si me había expresado mal o por si había no entendido. Pero no: el restaurante sólo sirve el desayuno, no es para cenar. No entiendo por qué lo venden como hotel con restaurante. Un fiasco. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Very helpful staff, quiet hotel other than creaky floors. Very walkable area to restaurants and attractions.

Beautiful premises, very comfortable and spotless room,professional ,friendly and English speaking staff. Very relaxing swimming pool space . Hope we go back

The room was very comfortable. It was spacious and we had a surprise terrace area we weren’t expecting.

Clean and quiet. Great neighbourhood.

This was a lovely space. The rooms are huge and luxurious and the staff was amazingly helpful. We really enjoyed sitting on the back terrace for breakfast and walking around the neighborhood. The price is a very good value and I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Cute boutique hotel. Room was comfortable but small, no place to sit but on the bed. Pool area is beautiful with lots of trees and shrubs.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast area over looking the pull and garden was a creative way to begin the day and it was a great place to sit at the end of the day to wind down. I would recommend this hotel highly!

Perfect location, very helpful and kind staff.

L’hôtel est tranquille bien qu’il soit près d’un quartier animé. Plusieurs restaurants proches, métro à cinq minutes à pied. Le jardin est joli et calme.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The photos are misleading, this property is in urgent need of a refresh. Tired decor, broken fixtures and stained, lumpy bedding. The location is very good and the pool area could be nice but it’s currently very overgrown with freezing cold water.
