Uma desagradável surpresa, embora a avaliação estivesse muito boa, a cama parecia não estar arrumada e os lençóis estavam rasgados.

Me gustó mucho mi corta estancia, fueron muy amables.

Casa Aure was our favorite hotel on all of our travels in Chile. It is in an excellent area, close to the metro, right on a bus line and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and museums.

O hotel é bonito e aconchegante e todo mundo foi bastante simpático conosco. Café da manhã simples, mas suficiente e gostoso.

Encantada con el hotel, las habitaciones muy acogedoras y el personal muy atento, desayuno muy agradable todo un placer para el disfrute de Santiago CL.

Estuvimos 23 días en Hotel Casa Aure y fue magnífico, el personal muy atento. Las Habitaciones muy bien cuidadas, una casa hermosa en el barrio Yungay. Cerca del metro con una comunidad artística y cultural de admirar. Muy agradecida de todo el personal especial a Juan que hace tus mañanas especiales.

CLEANES, EXCELLENT STAFF SERVING

my wife and I stayed on two occasions Casa Aure. It is centrally located., the rooms are quite comfortable and has a very good breakfast. The staff were the one thing that really impressed me the most.! Juan Jose, who managed the morning and serving of the breakfast was extremely helpful to us. Also both chris and Lionel help my wife and I am many different ways. The cleaning staff were very kind. I would recommend this hotel for anybody that need a day. Great place in Santiago.

Hotel cómodo, habitaciones pequeñas pero bonitas y con lo necesario La cama y almohadas fueron buenas al igual que la ducha y silenciosa Nuestra habitación fue una quw tenía balcón muy agradable Cerca del centro

3 night stay in Santiago, very clean safe area with numerous cafe's and restaurants nearby. 20 min walk to centre. Staff were VERY friendly and breakfast was great.Can't fault our stay.

Definitely a good deal, if you a traveling on a budget, clean place, nice breakfast, little far from most attractions, but you can get an Uber or venture on the metro stations. Doesn’t have air conditioning which wasn’t an issue for us since they have a fan and the weather there was more in the cool side, so we had no problem.

A nice hotel, but sketchy area

La habitación estaba exageradamente caliente, más que el clima-ambiente fuera de ella, solo había un pequeño ventilador insuficiente por lo que de tanto calor no se podía dormir. El desayuno muy escaso, la amabilidad en apariencia bien pero no nos ayudaron a subir con el equipaje al tercer piso y NO tiene elevador. El baño muy limpio pero muy pequeño. La TV es Roku sin canales locales así que solo puedes ver algo con tu propia cuenta de apps. Así que no volveremos.

Lovely small hotel with super friendly helpful staff. The team go out of their way to help and it's great value for money in Santiago. It's a 30 mins walk into the centre or about 4000 for a Uber.

The hotel is advertised very well in the website, probably it’s one of the best rooms of all hotel, however the classic single room is subpar. The facilities are good and staff is very helpful. The downside is that the room has a small window making it like a cell jail. It’s very hot in summer night because the air doesn’t flow, but if you open the window, you’ll see strong light which makes it impossible for you to sleep.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was affordable, the room was clean with cool vibes, and the breakfast was simple yet satisfactory. The bathroom had good water pressure, and the fan in the room was a nice touch. The area felt safe, and the locked entry added extra security (though I wondered about fire safety as it was also locked from inside). My only issue was during checkout when a faint stain (likely from my makeup) was questioned during their inspection, which felt unnecessary since I had overlooked a stained towel upon arrival. Overall, it was a good experience for the price.

A little far from the touristy area, in residential area. Gives you a feel of being a local. The hotel is in a 100 year old building, very cutely done. Staff is friendly and helpful. Metro is walkable. A great museum on human rights and museum for nobel laureate gabriella closeby. Even the current president lives in the area.
