A nossa estadia foi impecável, desde o momento em que chegamos até o nosso check out, as meninas tanto da recepção/café da manhã são atenciosas e prestativas.

If you are traveling by car its a lovely place to stay. Great rooms, nice common areas and friendly and helpfull staff.

My wife and I have travelled extensively and we consider Paula to be the best. Dining room staff has smiles and made us feel at home.

I gove the staff an 11 out of 10, they are amazingly helpful with everything.

Incroyable logement! Les gens qui travaillent à cet endroit sont aimables et nous répondent rapidement. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. La piscine est au soleil et il y a un mini-bar. À 5 min en auto de San Pedro de Atacama.

Great staff and fantastic rooms. Wonderful grounds. Quiet. Superb breakfast. It is a brief drive from the end of San Pedro, 5+ minutes to the turnoff. Then about 2 minutes on unpaved road. But because of that, transportation needed to get to town for restaurants, shops, tours. We had a rental car from calama airport. We found it difficult to navigate the streets of San Pedro by car and parking was not obvious, for meeting up with tour groups. Also the turnoff onto the dirt road was not clearly marked for the last 2 minutes to the lodge. It is at an animal crossing sign. There has been a hotel sign there we were told, but it was not there for us. Signs at the turn and on the dirt road ( go right at the animal crossing, then on the dirt road immediate right and then left) would make this superb hotel even better. After we found it the first time, it was simple. The Maps App wrongly said to park on the highway and walk. The drive on the dirt road was easy in a passenger car once we knew where to go.

Le service à la clientèle est exceptionnel, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Bon emplacement tranquille à l'extérieur de la ville.

Tudo excelente mas o que mais me chamou a atenção foi o serviço. Todos os funcionarios muito atenciosos. A senhora Naya que nos servia o café da manhã era muito atenciosa e amável e as recepcionistas Maria José e Paola nos ajudaram recomendando passeios, preparando um box de café da manhã para os dias que saimos de madrugada para os passeios. A qualidade humana dos funcionários é excepcional. Recomendo!!!

The staff at Quelana are the most friendly people I’ve met anywhere. They are very accommodating and helpful.

Lodge Quelana is a true oasis in the desert. It’s a lovely, peaceful, well-maintained, small boutique hotel with private cottages. The beautiful rustic-modern architecture and interior design is perfectly suited for its setting. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mariajose, the receptionist for the majority of my stay, went above and beyond the call of duty to help with organizing tours, dinners, and taxis; the personalized service was greatly appreciated. As the hotel is located out of the town center, it is helpful to have a car, since there were occasional delays in getting a taxi. Overall, I highly recommend Lodge Quelana.

Beautiful lodge with delicious breakfast, very friendly staff, nice rooms. I can highly recommend it if you have a car, since it is outside of town.

The staff, specifically the manager, were amazing! Beautiful experience, lovely property and worth the 5 minute drive from town.

O hotel é excelente, lindo e tranquilo. O quarto é espaçoso, cama confortável, banheiro enorme e extremamente limpo. O atendimento é excepcional! A Natalia nos recebia sempre com um sorriso no rosto, muito atenciosa e simpática. Não tomamos café no hotel por causa do horário dos passeios, mas todos os dias prepararam alguns snacks para levarmos - tudo muito gostoso e preparado com carinho. Esperamos voltar em breve.

This is a lovely retreat. Each room is an individual cabana. The decor in the room was beautiful, and the landscaping of the grounds is wonderful. The staff was extremely gracious. I used this as a base to explore the area for 3 days and it was perfect. I had a rental car and explored on my own without booking any tours. It was easy and safe. A perfect trip. I will do it again soon.

Lodge Quelana is a beautiful place to stay. It's outside if town, so you have the opportunity to see the clear night skies from their observation deck. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the breakfast had a great variety. To get into town, you need to drive, but the peace and quiet is worth it. After all, the town is not why you would come to the area; it's the landscape and the stargazing.

MEJOR QUE EXCELENTE!!! UBICACION , COMODIDAD, INSTALACIONES , ASISTENCIA . PERO LO MEJOR LAS PERSONAS: PAULA , NAYA, PERSONAL DE ASEO. NO SE EQUIVOCAN CON ESTA ELECCION!!!

Cannot recommend people to stay here enough, it was fanstatic. Lovely breakfast and staff are so helpful. We loved it!

O lodge quelana é incrível, exatamente como nas fotos da propriedade. Fomos de carro de calama até o hotel (melhor forma de conhecer o atacama). Tem um estacionamento amplo, os quartos são confortáveis e com ar condicionado/aquecedor - que faz toda diferença - pois durante o dia faz bastante calor e a noite bastante frio e eventualmente você ficará no hotel durante o dia após algum passeio na madrugada. Tudo estava muito limpo e o café da manhã é muito bom, a equipe do hotel é extremamente cordial e simpática, sempre com um sorriso no rosto e disposta a ajudar. A localização é um pouquinho depois de san pedro de atacama (vindo de calama), coisa de 4 minutos de carro, o que dá mais um ponto positivo para o local: silêncio e baixa poluição da luninosidade.
