Equipe muito atenciosa. Paola foi incrível e nos ajudou com as dúvidas da hospedagem e passeios. Lodge Quelana é uma propriedade maravilhosa, muito limpa e conservada. O café da manhã é excelente! Apesar de um pouco distante do centro de Atacama, foi uma experiência agradável. Estávamos com carro e foi muito fácil o deslocamento.

A very special place in the Atacama Desert. Staff was so friendly, property well maintained. Breakfast was delicious.

Hotel is a little out of town, and hard to find (no signage really, dirt road) but very quiet and comfortable. The owners and staff are all women, except a grounds keeper, all very kind. Breakfast was lovely. Pretty pool, perhaps underutilized, with nice alcoves around it where you can spend a few hours. Rooms are nice little cabanas, bathrooms partially open (but very private), which I liked.

Everything about the 4 nights I spent at Lodge Quelana was wonderful. A beautiful oasis, nestled on the outskirts of San Pedro with a serene, tranquil vibe. Maria was a great host who couldn’t have done more for me. The perfect place to relax after enjoying what the local area has to offer. Would love to come back!

Fantastic breakfast with lovely accommodating staff. More than happy to assist always. Don’t be put off with the distance from town - cheap taxi ride and easy bike ride. A relaxing and quiet place to stay. Highly recommended!

Minha estadia no Atacama foi simplesmente incrível. O hotel superou minhas expectativas em todos os aspectos. O quarto é maravilhoso, extremamente limpo, confortável e muito aconchegante, perfeito para descansar após os passeios. O café da manhã merece destaque especial: variado, saboroso e preparado com muito cuidado, tornando cada manhã ainda mais agradável. Além disso, o atendimento foi impecável. Toda a equipe foi atenciosa, cordial e sempre disposta a ajudar, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. Sem dúvida, um lugar que contribuiu para tornar essa viagem ainda mais especial.

Wonderful breakfast and room was lovely. Air conditioning worked great. Have to take a dirt road for about 30 seconds to get there so don’t be alarmed when the directions take you on a dirt path

What an amazing place. Super clean and friendly owners. Check in was easy. Our tours finished early so it was a beautiful place to relax after an early start. Breakfast was AMAZING! It is out of the town, we didn’t hire a car but the hotel can help arrange taxis and once in town you can easily get an uber back.

Beautiful boutique hotel outside of the town. Very peaceful. Very friendly staff. Gorgeous room with comfortable bed, sofa and great shower. Good options at breakfast although small portions. Pool area great to relax after long day exploring. Hotel not easy to find down an unmarked dirt track, could do with signage. Would highly recommend.

Ce lodge a des chambres très grandes et isolées les unes des autres, et la propreté est impeccable. Le personnel est très sympathique. Testez les tisanes locales au petit déjeuner si vous le pouvez, belle expérience.. Si vous n avez pas de voiture, prévoyez un petit budget taxi ou uber pour vous rendre a San Pedro. C était notre cas et, ca se fait bien. Je recommande

If you are traveling by car its a lovely place to stay. Great rooms, nice common areas and friendly and helpfull staff.

My wife and I have travelled extensively and we consider Paula to be the best. Dining room staff has smiles and made us feel at home.

Incroyable logement! Les gens qui travaillent à cet endroit sont aimables et nous répondent rapidement. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. La piscine est au soleil et il y a un mini-bar. À 5 min en auto de San Pedro de Atacama.

Great staff and fantastic rooms. Wonderful grounds. Quiet. Superb breakfast. It is a brief drive from the end of San Pedro, 5+ minutes to the turnoff. Then about 2 minutes on unpaved road. But because of that, transportation needed to get to town for restaurants, shops, tours. We had a rental car from calama airport. We found it difficult to navigate the streets of San Pedro by car and parking was not obvious, for meeting up with tour groups. Also the turnoff onto the dirt road was not clearly marked for the last 2 minutes to the lodge. It is at an animal crossing sign. There has been a hotel sign there we were told, but it was not there for us. Signs at the turn and on the dirt road ( go right at the animal crossing, then on the dirt road immediate right and then left) would make this superb hotel even better. After we found it the first time, it was simple. The Maps App wrongly said to park on the highway and walk. The drive on the dirt road was easy in a passenger car once we knew where to go.
