지하철역이 바로 앞에 있어 교통이 편하고 보안 및 서비스가 훌륭함. 한달간 남미 여행의 베이스캠프로 삼았슴.

good location and clean room. I loved view with national library and Santa Lucia!

Hotel muito próxima à Estação Santa Lucía (linha vermelha), o que trouxe muita comodidade para nos locomover pela cidade. Localização boa por ser próximo a alguns pontos turísticos, porém o Centro não me pareceu uma localização indicada para famílias, especialmente se estiver com crianças (muita bagunça nos arredores com o comércio informal de rua). Mas andando por três quarteirões vc está em Lastarría, mudando totalmente o cenário. No mais, hotel com boa limpeza, funcionários prestativos, academia ok. Café da manhã sem muita variação no decorrer dos dias.

Tout s’est bien passé - hôtel excessivement bien situé dans le centre historique de Santiago - dommage que les « petites attentions » qui faisaient le charme des Mercure aient disparu (produits toilette individuels, chaussons, café etc)

Hotel muito abaixo do padrão Mercure. Eramos 4 pessoas, absolutamente todos os dias colocaram somente 2 toalhas após a limpeza. Todos os dias precisava ligar e pedir 2 toalhas a mais. Camas antigas e com lençol que fica saindo da cama. Café da manha o mesmo todo dia, nenhuma variedade. Atendimento nada amigável, muito diferente de outros hotéis da rede ao redor do mundo. Está faltando supervisão aqui. O hotel fica em uma parte feia do centro e a recepção não sabe informar sobre atrações turisticas. Fiquei bastante desapontado.

Location to city centre

Localizacao é central. Cama queen boa. Ar condicionado funciona e nao em cima da cama. Banheiro pequeno e escuro, mas atende. Pouca iluminação no quarto e privada sempre entupida.

It was a great location as many of the sites were in walking distance. I never needed to take the subway. The staff was very nice and food in the restaurant was excellent.

Känns lite nedgånget. Lyhört och gamla bäddmadrasser med knarrande fjädrar. Hårda kuddar så inte så bekväm säng. Bra mörkläggning. Okej frukost.

Ubicacion centrica. Accesos simples ppr metro a cualquier lado. De noche no es la mejor zona

the rooms were very nice. only two elevators and only one worked when i arrived. I was promised an early checkin but when I arrived at 9am to early checkin I was told they were overbooked and couldn't accommodate me. i was exhausted from an overnight flight and wanted to rest. this was not how i wanted to start my few days off

Where do I start? Over the past 40 years I have stayed in numerous hotels, either for work or leisure, and this is the worst example of customer service I have experienced. I booked and prepaid a 4 night stay at the Mercury Centro Santiago in August 2024. After a 13 hour flight from Madrid, we were told that no rooms were available. There were at least 4 other groups of travellers who were given the same information. Initially, there were 2 staff on duty and they were then joined by a Supervisor (Cynthia). Nobody could give us an honest and clear explanation of the situation. One member of staff told us the rooms had been given to other people, then somebody else said it was a “system problem”. It was a scene of complete chaos and extremely poor customer service. After almost a 3 hour wait we ( and the other people affected) were transferred to another hotel (Novotel) for the first night, eventually getting to our room at 01:00, so we had limited sleep that night. We were also told that we would be picked up and returned to the Mercure at 10:00 the following morning. We waited until 10:15 in the hotel lobby and despite several calls to the Mercure (no answer) we made our own transport arrangements with an Uber. I want somebody from the hotel to provide me with a full and detailed explanation of what happened, as well as explain why the hotel does not have a “manual” system in place when the computer system is not working correctly.

The check in process wasn't as expected. We arrived earlier and the rooms was not available ... that is OK. We returned 4 hours after check in time and the room was not still ready
