I think it's almost market. There were too many guest and it looked it's out of their gauage. They looked to focus on their working not guest so missed many things. I will not visit here again.

The hotel is very nice in terms of location, cleanroom, and kindness of staffs. However, one thing made me disappointed was mini-bar. I found an empty can of Coca-Cola when I prepared to check-out and I think someone had the coke and put the empty can in the refrigerator during my stay... The hotel didn't charge me the coke... However, I didn't feel comportable on this matter.

Clean and cozy room Staff is very kind and clever. Only thing I'm regrettable is there is nothing to see around hotel.

Very quiet and comfortable. service and facilities were good but the location is not a perfect. bit away from centro and it is not easy to catch taxi.

O hotel é muito bonita e bem localizado em Santiago. Fica de fácil acesso a qualquer ponto da cidade e a poucos minutos de carro do Costaneira. Em minha reserva tinha estacionamento gratuito, que foi muito fácil e acessível. Funcionários muito prestativos. Café da manhã muito bom e bem servido. O quarto bem amplo e chuveiro muito bom. Meus pontos são somente positivos. Não temos nada a reclamar.

Great modern hotel the restaurant is very good, the service excellent, I recommend this for a short stay anytime. Location is great too, near main avenue with easy transpottation

Bom hotel, embora na minha opinião não mereça a classificação de 5 estrelas. O quarto é amplo, confortável e conta com uma grande janela com boa vista. O ponto negativo foi o atendimento, que ficou abaixo das expectativas para um hotel desta categoria. Em especial, a funcionária Angie, do restaurante, demonstrou pouca atenção e cordialidade, o que prejudicou a experiência.

The hotel is modern, located in a very nice area, and offers a good breakfast with beautiful views from the rooms. That said, while it is marketed as a five-star hotel, it felt much more like a business-oriented four-star property. The facilities are fine, but the service level and attention to guests did not match what I would expect from a true five-star experience. What really ruined our stay was the staff, particularly Angie from the restaurant. In general, we found the staff neither especially friendly nor particularly helpful. One morning, my colleague and I had breakfast separately. The buffet was good, but no one came to my table to ask if I needed anything, and I even had to walk around the restaurant looking for a cup and spoon, as most tables did not have them. That alone was not a major issue. What bothered me was what happened when I signed the breakfast bill. Angie pointed directly to the tip line and told me to fill it out. When I chose not to leave a tip, she asked if I was really leaving nothing. I felt pressured, especially considering I had received virtually no service. The interaction became uncomfortable and unprofessional. Later, a colleague told me she had done exactly the same thing to him. He felt so pressured that he ended up leaving a tip. This behavior is inappropriate in a hospitality setting and, combined with the generally indifferent attitude of the staff, left a very negative impression. Quarto espaçoso e café da manhã fantástico! O único problema é a pressão do chuveiro... Tomar banho com pouca água deixa a experiência pela metade!

O banheiro não está bem conservado. Não colocaram toalhas de banho e rosto.

In a nice part of town and within walking distance of upmarket restaurants and a large mall. Staff were very friendly but not as proactive with regards to sorting out luggage transfer and suggesting locations for dinner
