The lobby was magnificent. The activity of the two peacocks and two birds was impressive significantly. The room was comfortable unforgettably. Walked around the lawn in the backyard so relaxing and refreshing.

Beautiful resort area, excellent and very clean pools. Friendly and responsible staff. Nice rooms with everything you need. Breakfast buffet is very diverse with Chinese and Western luxurious choices. All fresh and well prepared. Although resort has all you need, it is a short walk to a mall, a cinema, some restaurants.

The hotel photos look promising, but the reality is something quite different. I encountered so many issues in this hotel with the service and facilities. Firstly, they forgot to pick me up from the airport, and when I finally arrived didn't acknowledge the problem or try to put it right. Other problems include: lack of airport and town centre shuttle service (advertised on their website but not provided); the room (uncared for, worn out furnishings, strange smells, broken fridge, slow internet, tea but no spoon, beer but no bottle opener, very limited room service menu); the food (bitter coffee, stale bread, watery beans, green hard boiled eggs, all relatively expensive); the pool (no cushions on seats, sauna, steam room and hot tub all not working); hotel surroundings (unpleasant smells, noise from loudspeakers and music performances booming at top volume).
