Pleasant stay, staff was very supportive and helpful, room is spacious, they have nice garden area to take a walk. I would love to stay there again

계림에 있는 호텔 중 최고 입니다. 시내와 거리는 떨어져있지만, 택시 서비스나 외곽으로 나가는 튜어 서비스들이 잘 갖추어져 있어 큰 불편함을 못느꼈습니다.

The only good thing about the hotel was food and the facility. Hotel room itself was not comfortable as the smoking room and the non-smoking room were all on the same floor. Had a corkroaches in the bathroom. Didn't have a conceirge outside helping the guest with the lugguages on arrival at night either. But the ground staffs are quite nice. Had some problems with bathroom oudour and could hear people having a shower upstairs. Overall, didn't live up to Shangri-La's brand value.

Best hotel in Guilin

The hotel is indeed not new but it is well maintained. The room is indeed quiet, most top floor at 7th floor. Abit of cigarette smell of course. Nevertheless, I could sleep so well as the bed is very comfortable and soundproof is very good. Highly recommended.

Clean room. Beautiful surroundings.

The room was generally nice, but unfortunately, I found hair on the bed sheets when I checked in. It made me feel that the cleanliness could be improved. I hope the hotel pays more attention to room hygiene, as the rest of the environment and service were quite good.

Staff was nice, Lily who worked outside was super friendly.

We love the Shangri-La brand but were disappointed with several aspects of our visit to Guilin. 1) The pool was closed for maintenance. If we had known ahead of time, we wouldn’t have booked. 2) No bathroom scales. 3) very few outlets and ancient tech support. 4) The facility is showing its age. TV old and small. Staff, however, was superb!

A place with very nice view on the lake. provided very nice breakfast at a large sitting area.

Best hotel on Guilin

Good

We traveled with our 10 year old son, and a couple friends of us. We booked a Suite for us, and our friends had a Suite too. This is such a beautiful hotel within a small town, surrounded by nature. Our son loved the animals encounter, and the car raising there. The food was so incredible fresh and delicious. We loved their local noodles soup with pork skins... it is something that we will miss. Also, their fruits were all amazing, especially their sweet passion fruits... The staff at this hotel was so welcoming and kind, that we will miss them too. THANK YOU!!
