Nice, spacious and clean rooms

Room was spotless and staff was courteous. We had one of the large Presidential Suites on the 8th floor . Heated pool was a nice feature as well . Breakfast was good .

The bathroom was dirty, with hair left from the previous guest, and we were also told that breakfast wasn't included, so we had to eat outside the hotel.

Exactly what I expected from the Hilton brand. Upon arrival, the hotel staff upgraded us to the presidential suite at no additional cost. The staff was very helpful in providing tour information and connecting us with our tour guide and driver for the Monserrate city tour, gold museum, and the Candelaria, which we enjoyed very much. The hotel staff also recommended Cumbia House by Carlos Vives for authentic Colombian food. Besides the great food, Cumbia House has live music. There’s a cover charge and it’s very loud so it’s a perfect vibe for anyone who wants to dance and/or enjoy live music while they eat authentic Colombian food. We also dined at Chan Chan Latino, where they have live salsa music, and Vista Corona, which provides breathtaking views of the city. Both restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. Parque 93 had a mini concert and many vendors on site during our stay. The only negative thing I have to say is one of the toilets was not flushing properly, which was not a big deal since we had two toilets in our room. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering everything I needed to relax after long days in the city. The location is perfect: safe, quiet, and just steps away from some of the best restaurants, cafés, and parks in Bogotá. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. What truly sets this hotel apart is the consistent warmth and care from the entire team. They go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. I highly recommend DoubleTree Bogotá Parque 93 and will definitely stay here again

Great hotel very central

I left a day earlier and they refused to assist me in a refund for the very last day. The staff also told me I needed to go thru Expedia for such a request to which I did and up until today still have not heard back from anyone. If it helps you in anyway, be sure to book your hotel directly thru Hilton and not a third party, it’ll make things a bit easier especially if you need to cancel a day or two. Also, I was up in the 8th floor and the suite was very hot and when I asked to get it fixed the front desk staff stated all rooms on that level are warmer because the pool is right above! Eventually I moved to the 6th floor to a smaller room without any monetary adjustments or refunds. Be weary that there is ongoing construction and you will be woken up very early to noise. The only positives is that you are near to Parque 93 and restaurants, bars and Andino Mall.

First of all this property is advertised as the DoubleTree Hilton. But they are the Cosmos Hotel. They have a room with the shower that was broken. The carpet had spilled stuff that despigmented it. The light in the room flickers and didn’t have other rooms one could use so that I could sleep without the light flickering. They told me it was normal that a hotel had those things. Also, They have a building they own next to the hotel and they organized a party with loud music throughout the night. All hotel guests were in the lobby and couldn’t sleep that night. The terrace they advertise in Expedia as the first picture of the hotel is under construction. And no one can access it. This hotel is a scam because what they show in the pictures inside Expedia, is not what they give guests access to. Expedia should ensure what they advertise in their website is accurate. The infrastructure and service of this hotel is clearly a scam. Also,the food breakfast buffet is incredibly basic . And the staff doesnt want to connect the guest with the general manager to cover their lack of service.
