The staff was awesome, super friendly and helpful. Man, special kudos to Edwin, fantastic personality and awesome human being. Alejandro too and Carlos too.

El servicio a el cliente es 100 de 100, igualmente las habitaciones. Los desayunos aunque el personal es excelente el menú le doy un 6 de 10 pues en Colombia en otros hoteles e disfrutado mejores desayunos, la ubicación y limpieza es perfecta y si me volvería a quedar en este hotel :)

Elegimos este hotel por ser accesible y, a la vez, estar fuera del ruido, y fue un gran acierto. Desde el primer momento la experiencia estuvo marcada por su equipo humano, y queremos reconocerlo de manera especial. Personas como Natalia, Carolina, Alejandro, Edwin y Francisco hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera verdaderamente memorable. Cada uno, desde su rol, se distinguió por su amabilidad, respeto, profesionalismo y genuino deseo de ayudar. No fue un trato de protocolo, sino una hospitalidad auténtica y empática. En momentos que requirieron especial sensibilidad, incluso relacionados con la salud, encontramos cuidado real y una disposición que se agradece profundamente. Gracias a ellos confirmamos que Medellín es, sin duda, su gente. A esa calidad humana se suma un hotel impecable. Nunca habíamos estado en un lugar tan limpio: no vimos polvo ni descuido alguno, ni en la habitación ni en las áreas comunes. Todo transmite orden, pulcritud y tranquilidad. El desayuno es excelente: variado, fresco y de gran calidad, con omelette preparado al gusto cada mañana, lo que eleva la experiencia diaria. Aquí no solo trabajan bien: son un verdadero equipo, y personas así no solo hacen la estadía placentera, invitan a regresar. Sin duda, volveríamos. Doynet y Jacobo

Hitel du Parc is located near many restuarants and shops. It is a nice hotel with large rooms. The rooms are a bit dated and could use some renovation. Staff is nice but front desk staff ihad some difficulty with English.

It was such an amazing place to stay. I had the room with the balcony. The staff is awesome and the restaurant is top tier in addition to the breakfast is amazing. The overall stay is very good. This will not be my last time staying here.

Everything is just wonderful

The hotel has been tastefully updated but it has maintained is old world charm. It is nicely situated near the action in Poblado and the streets are safe for walking even at night

Very clean, nice decor, spacious room, and most importantly, it is in walking distance to most of the activities in El Poblado.

1. electronic key-card system was not functional for the first day and each time i wanted to enter my room i had to be let in by the hotel staff. very awkward! 2. freezer was making loud noises and i was told that this is 'normal' and it was like this in every room. i used earplugs just to be able to have a quiet nights sleep. 3. rooms are quite dated with an ant infestation. the toilet broke down twice! 4. The gym does not really qualify to be called as such with only 4-5 cardio machines and no weights. The sauna/steam rooms are only turned on upon request but you literally have to request several times and even still they weren't turned on and i had to physically go and check myself to make sure they were turned on. 5. For breakfast buffet the eggs are only cooked upon request and not available for self-service. i was told that i could only have 1 portion of eggs and then after making and issue about it they gave me a second portion. On subsequent days they were very unwelcoming and had a hostile attitude towards me just because i wanted extra eggs! i have never heard of a hotel buffet having a limit on how much you can have of a certain item and neither was this strange rule mentioned in their policy. 6. Upon checkout they held onto my bags and demanded payment for a towel with a small burn-mark that they found in my room. I refused the payment as i did not do that but the male receptionist became quite personal with me about it and shouted 'Be a man and admit it!
