Staff excellent. Room gorgeous. Breakfast wonderful. Pool beautiful. Spa staff (hair cut, massage and pedicure) excellent. Everything lovely.

Our room was amazing and the facilities were well kept and inviting. Breakfast each morning had more options than I could eat. My only complaint was the family on our floor had children they could not control and screamed nearly the length of our stay. Not the hotel's' fault mind you.

Et Ganske udmærket sted med rigtig godt værelse og morgenmad - tæt på golbane og udsigt over Middelhavet mod Vendi og Slovenien. Det ligger lidt afsidest såfremt du ikke har bil - men udmærket sted til at besøge de nævnte udsigtspunkter --- og eventuelt er på vej sydpå i Kroatien. Kommer der gerne igen.

Good hotel close to a very nice beach with good service. Can recommend it!

Hotel ganz gut - aber nicht besonders toll

We were there for a wedding, it made for a beautiful location to add to a beautiful day. The hotel is very clean and had options for down time like walking locally, going to the pool and beach. Food was excellent for breakfast and at the wedding reception. Staff were great.

We've stayed at the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic a few times. It's always a very enjoyable experience.

Frühstück nicht dem Sternegrad entsprechend. Kaffee kalt Bedienung vergisst dauernd. Buffet wird nicht aufgefüllt.An 2 Tagen Rühreier erst nach über 30 Minuten wieder aufgefüllt. Kein entsprechender Sevice der einem Sternehotel entspricht.Am Sonntag 22.9. Probealarm danach keine Entwarnung.

La struttura è molto ben strutturata ed organizzata. Abbiamo viaggiato con una bimba piccola ed abbiamo avuto a disposizione molti servizi che ci hanno consentito di avere un soggiorno molto piacevole. L'attenzione ai dettagli è molto alta. Consigliatissimo!

Overall a great hotel but the prices at the hotel are just completely ridicoulus to be Croatia even for a Kempinski hotel. And the quality does not match the prices at all. Surprised that they are able to keep doing this.

Incredibly nice facilities, fresh and clean, however, the staff was completely understaffed to be able to maintain the level of service expected from a 5 star hotel. The service level is more like a 3 star than a 5 star.

This hotel does not offer a Four Seasons or Fairmont experience, but it could have. The common themes: understaffing or poor staff training/supervisio Our experience with the bag handling was not as smooth as we expected. We expected bags promptly after check-in. We said we did not know our room number yet. We retrieved them from the storage room after a 60-minute wait. Our initial impression was a disorganized operation. Later we learned the door person was alone on their second shift to greet us. This person should not have been left alone on their second shift to greet guests. Training and shadowing by an experienced door person would have avoided such an elementary oversight. The young man was left on his own. Not fair to him or to us. The evening servers were understaffed and obviously run off their feet. While we understand that high food and alcohol costs are in line with an upscale resort, we were disappointed with the food preparation. Caesar salad with ranch dressing? A Greek salad with no dressing? Grilled cheese was unspeakable (we have pics). Cold hamburger. Greek salad was so bad I respectfully taught beach lounge bar staff how to make a dressing to convey to the kitchen staff. Wait staff were thankful for the instruction. Kitchen staff need training & supervision. Great property good staff under training = unrealized business potential. We recommend that Kempenski Head Office do a blind audit. These are fixable problems.
