니르바나 럭셔리 룸

리모델링이라 너무 깨끗하고 프리마호텔 프런트 여직원이 엄청 친절하고, 한국말도 몇마디 할줄 아네요. 저는 차를 가져왔는데다가 밤늦게 체크인이 되는 바람에 주차장이 멀어서 엄청 당황했습니다. 밤에는 주차할 자리가 거의 없네요.

완전 만족스러웠어요. 위치며 룸컨디션 가격까지 너무 좋았어요. 특히 보라색 테라스뷰를 선택하면 넓고 탁트인 전망을 가진 테라스와 룸에선 스플리트 첨탑이 보여서 야경도 굳!! 4층이라 계단이 많았는데 친절한 호스트언니가 부탁도 안했는데 먼저 제 무거운 캐리어를 번쩍들어 올려주셨어요. 진짜 감사해요. 그리고 다음날 수건이랑 휴지도 먼저 알아서 새로 주셨어요. 특히 올드타운과는 불과 도보 3분도 안걸렸고 터미널에서도 도보10분이면 충분했어요. 스플리트를 더 좋은 추억으로 만들어준 숙소라 추천할께요!!

Excellent location and Vana was very kind. Room was cleand everyday and very quiet.

4층이라 트렁크 들고 올라가기 힘들었는데 한 3일 지내니 그럭저럭 ok. 뷰는 거의 안보임(but 뷰 보고 있을 시간도 없기에 상관×). 바로 옆 건물1층에 슈퍼있어서 편함. 서비스 커피와 차 끓여먹을 포트 있음(입구에 무료 과자도 있음). 건물은 그냥 그런데 숙소 안은 매우 깨끗. 샤워실 + 변기 상태 very good. 샤워실에 전열 히터 있어서 간단한 빨래 말릴 수 있음.체크인 전 주인분과 만날 시간을 정할 것.(주인분이 그 건물에 없음. 주인분 매우 친절^^). 관광지와 매우 가까워서 좋았음.

Giving this a 3 start since in the property description it says there was laundry, but there was none.

Great location in a walking distance to old town and port. Comfortable room. Definitely recommend.

There was no sign or visible identification . Drivers do not know the address is confusing.it took me two hours find it Taxi charges 140 euros to finally get it

The property was nice, and easily walkable to many things. The service was poor. Despite repeated attempts to message the property via the app over several weeks, they did not reply to any messages. Given this was a non refundable booking, this was quite stressful. I eventually had to call to confirm my late checkin and state my arrival time. After doing so, I finally received a message days prior to checkin … asking me to share my arrival time. I was unimpressed. Had i spent $15 in long distance charges only to not have the details recorded?? Upon checkin, I was given directions to the room and the roomkey. Easy. There were no details in the room about amenities, particularly the wifi and room safe. I could not get the wifi until the next day, as the checkin desk was closed. And when I did i was told that the safe (which is listed in room amenities and which i personally find a key attribute) was not available. They do not have a key to it. The shower is only partially working, with water spraying all over the wall outside the enclosure. The AC cannot be adjusted. The location is great. Nice view. The property manager is extremely poor at communication on many levels. Very annoyed.

Excellent location and nice physical space (clean bathroom, great shower, comfortable beds) but it smelled quite bad, like pee. We were there during a rainstorm and the windows were leaky, a bit concerning.

Amazing location and surprisingly very upscale interior. The only issue is not good instructions for checkin at tgeand getting into the property.

Firstly, there's NO RECEPTION @ the place. You needed to walk 5 minutes to another building which needed you to press the intercom to ask them to let you in so that you can go up to meet the receptionist who also serves another hotel, PRIMA. I was lucky to get a local at a shop to call and find out where to go. After getting your keycard, get to walk back to the actual building again. There's NO ELEVATOR or ESCALATORS. Carry your luggage up 3 floors. Last night when i came back there's no lighting along the staircase. Use you mobile phone light.

Nice big comfortable bedroom, and good ensuite bathroom. Great location, close to the old town centre, but quiet. Kettle and mug in the room to make coffee.

Don't be fooled by the photos , they certainly don't match the property , after checking in at Prima , you then have to go to a shared building 300 meters away,many different apartments I assume renting out different floors and blocks, the court yard is full of over flowing bins and rubbish. On entering our block we were met with a horrible smell, air freshener available on a chest of drawers,so the agency are aware . we then entered the apartment, it was semi clean but the walls are disgustingly filthy and in need of painting, the blinds on the upstairs velux are broken so can't be pulled up to enjoy the view, pretty annoying. The WiFi didn't work , The balcony is not as pictured , one night stay , we would not return and I wouldn't recommend.

Logement super bien situé, très fonctionnel. Le seul minime bémol, le stationnement est un peu loin (5-6 minutes de marche) mais ça demeure très raisonnable. C'est le prix à payer quand tu veux être au cœur de l'action.
