전반적으로 괜찮았어요~ 친절하고 불편한거는 크게 없었어요~ 그런데, 방음이 잘 안되요 아주 안되요~ 옆방에서 티비트는 소리 다 들리고 샤워소리도 다들립니다~ 그것만 빼고는 괜찮았어요~ 가격이 조금 비싸다는게 단점이었지만요~

I had to book the room with just a few hours in advance and I arrived at midnight and stayed until the morning. The view of the ocean while taking breakfast was amazing

It would be nice if you got buy snack by pool

Hotel amazing views from room and food decent daily one huge gripe is that the hotel has no gym ! Yet hotels.com advertise it does !!!

Poor customer service

Really lovely hotel, excellent location, staff extremely helpful and friendly, super wellness centre and indoor and outdoor pools, food very good for an all inclusive, only let down was the coffee, but that was all. Would definitely recommend the hotel for all the above reasons, loved it.

Pour une nuit de dépannage. Car proche de l’aéroport et jolie vue mais couloir d’atterrissage de l’aéroport…donc…beaucoup de All Inclusive donc personnel harassé et mal aimable. Au bar, en particulier. Le petit déjeuner privilégie quantité sur qualité. La chambre, en particulier la literie, est très bien mais si vous faites 1,80m et 100 kg, vous ne pourrez jamais tenir dans la douche. La salle de bains est microscopique! Poubelle, douche, lavabo et wc tiennent à peine! Le parking est saturé. Bref, du low cost.

Dinner and breakfasts were delicious and healthy. Sunset was just amazingly beautiful from the hotel. Room is clean and comfortable and wifi was fast. Very nice stay.

Très bel hôtel, mais extrêmement bruyant à cause des groupes présents et la nuit les gens parlent très fort dans les couloirs même à des heures tardives de la nuit. Le mauvais temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine.

We had a very positive overall experience at this hotel. The room was well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job with daily cleaning. We appreciated the provided amenities, including a hairdryer, shower cap, soaps, and fresh towels.The hotel also offers Wi-Fi, which worked well throughout our stay. While the mini-fridge was a bit hidden inside the cabinetry, it wasn't a major issue once we located it. There were two minor setbacks: some mold in the corners behind the curtains and an AC system that was seasonally locked, making it unavailable despite the heat. However, the staff was incredibly proactive—they immediately provided a fan and resolved the AC issue for everyone two days later. Speaking of the staff, the reception team was lovely and helpful, constantly ensuring our well-being. Since we had very early starts for our activities, the kitchen staff prepared "breakfast boxes to go" for us. While simple, this gesture was much appreciated and very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel for the quality of its service! Hvala vam na gostoprimstvu! Osoblje je bilo iznimno ljubazno i uslužno, što je naš boravak učinilo još ljepšim. Chambre propre mais mal isolés on entend la télé du voisin sinon correct pour le prix

So we arrived at 12 and waited till 3 to get a room, however, when checked in, the phone didn’t work. Phone, remote control, door handles, light switches all really dirty. I walked down to reception and asked for phone to work - we stayed there (room 433) 3 nights… no one came to fix it. The cleaner came up but literally used a dirty cloth to clean the remote, remained filthy… overall if you’re looking for a tiny shower (just like Ibis) then this is suitable. It’s not really a 3 star. But it is in good location from airport (10 mins drive) and a 30 mins drive Into old town. Best to rent a car, roads are great. Otherwise, staff are polite, service is good.

Lots of food choices, we mainly had lunch and evening meals, cuts of meat were cheap cuts, fish was generally overcooked & dried out, best bit was the ice cream, drinks were dyer, how u get a pina colda & a mojito out of a the same soda gun is beyond me, but the taste was true testament to that, they were awful and un drinkable, as were spirits, the only thing that was just about palatable was the white wine!! They advertise a “gym” which was a joke, 2 mats on the floor, ripped up pieces of resistance bands, the heaviest weight was 2.5kg, and the stair stepper didn’t even have any power to it, on the whole this hotel didn’t cost a lot, so I guess u get what you paid for!!
