비행기 연착으로 늦게 도착했는데 휴대폰 로밍이 안돼서 연락을 할 수 없어 정말 당황했었는데 편안히 체크인할수있게 처리해주신 호스트님께 정말 감사드립니다. 방은 아주 쾌적하고 깨끗합니다. 무엇보다 스플리트 주요 관광지 부근에 위치해있어서 레스토랑이나 관광하기 정말 편해요. 처음에 갈 때는 문앞에 호텔이름이 없어서 찾기 어려운데 13을 쓰여진 문으로 들어가면 되어서 알고보니 쉽더라구요. 스플리트를 오신다면 이 곳에 머무시는것을 강력추천합니다.

Location, location, location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, boat tours, markets. Host was fantastic and check-in was seamless. Would highly recommend coming to Split and staying here.

Palace Luxury Retreat, studio apartment was excellent. We was met by Deni who gave us a quick brief on the facility and sent through some value information of restaurants and place to visit. The accommodation was clean and tidy. Very contemporary. A great place to use as a hub when in Split.

Tiny room, only one window unlike most of the rooms shown on the site. but was clean and nice. Great location.

Perfect stay in Old Town Split. Room was small but more than enough to suit our needs for 2 nights and the location was superb.

Excellent location. Right where all the action is… close to restaurants, shopping, sights. Unit is in a historic building, but totally updated. Very clean. Has all the amenities. Host very responsive. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Split

Staff was very friendly, we saw the host once let us in the rooms very early which we were so grateful for. The only thing I could mention about is the taped up shower head in one room. But it was working ok I didn’t touch it just in case it came off. The location was great about 1 minute to meeting points for trips. Central to everything. Just to let people know there are a few steep steps leading up to the rooms.

Great location and the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Note that it is not accessible by taxi and it is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the room. A bit difficult to find. And our room was 48 steps up. Other than that, it was perfect for our needs.

Staff was extremely responsive and let us leave bags earlier than our check in time. The room is very small and up two flights of stairs. Great location walkable to everything. One thing to note is that Google maps will take you around the corner. Make sure to look for the actual address.

A great area to be in for your Split vacation. Convenient access to the boardwalk and within the original palace. At least 6 ice cream shops within 2 minutes walk.

Fantastic location right in the middle of the action but double glazing means the apartment is very quiet. Air conditioning works a treat and bed is super comfy. Clean, tidy but very small (like really small if you have 2 suitcases!), although manages to pack in a fridge, kettle, garment steamer. Unfortunately shower head was broken and wouldn't stay in place. Host met with us although a little slow to reply.

Everything was clean and easy. They gave lots of tips on the city, centrally located, air conditioning worked good. No complaints

I am so glad we stayed here! It was affordable, clean, comfortable, and great location. The pictures were a little confusing as far as layout but it was actually all on one level once you got inside - the stairs shown are more for decoration and go nowhere, which was totally fine as it was still more spacious than expected and perfect for a couple to stay in. There is no front desk, it operates more like an Air BnB, but the host communicated well and was available via WhatsApp. The kitchenette was great to have, and there was a kettle with tea and instant coffee provided.

This was an excellent location! We were in the heart of split and in walking distance to everything! Even with it being lively at night, the apartment was very quiet and comfortable.
