Super skønt Hotel. Sødt Personale, rent, pænt. God beliggenhed. Vi kommer gerne igen.

The hotel is centrally located in easy walking distance of the Metro. Our room (standard double) had a very comfortable four poster kingsize bed, however the room was fairly ‘cozy’ with such a big bed in it and it was difficult to move around the room or have anywhere to put our things. The tea tray gave us the basics, but only had one teabag for a room for two people. The toiletries were lovely, but again they only provided one towel each. The roof terrace was a nice surprise and it was lovely to take a drink from the bar up there, although I didn’t understand why it had limited opening hours as there was no staff member up there when I was there. Overall, it felt like this hotel did just enough to feel comfortable and enjoyable to stay in, but didn’t exceed my expectations in any way.

Skøn stil og dejligt værelse omend madrassen var bulet. Forvirring omkring mulighed for parkering, men det blev løst.

Man kan ikke udleje er superior værelse under loftet, et vindue, 30 grader, meget støj fra gaden. Værelset uden himmelseng - det jeg havde bestilt. Ekstem lavloftet Boet en del gange på guldsmeden - normalt tilfreds.

This is a delightful hotel in a great location. It has a quirky ambiance from the time you enter the lobby/dining room. Staff are friendly. Bar is great and stays open late. Food is wonderful. Walkable to Amalienborg palace, castellete which offers a great park, nyhavn (with a ton of restaurants), Frederiks Kirk. and Kongens Nytorv.

We had a great stay. Great location with walking distance to all major attractions, food in the restaurant was amazing, roof top spa felt very nice after the whole day walking. Highly recommend.

Great place! Will definitely stay again. I missed the AC, but hey, it’s Europe.

Loved it. Only negative was the lack of air conditioning

Delightful, consciously thought out and designed to the last detail, delicious healthy breakfast, brilliant location, beautiful greenery. Utterly charming! Loved everything about it!

Lovely hotel with a comfortable room situated in a lovely area where restaurants and shops are a plenty. Lovely staff and good service. Homemade breakfast. Warmly recommend.

The room was clean, immaculate really. Nice furnishings. Great location near many sights to visit. The staff were all very nice and service oriented. If you speak English, but not Danish, no problem. The staff were very accommodating. Exceeded my expectations in all regards.

I LOVED this charming “eco” hotel! I picked it almost at random (last-minute trip, didn’t know Copenhagen), because it was next to green space, and I loved everything about it so much that I stayed in two more Guldsmedens in the following weeks. Nice staff, beautiful rooms, great natural products (essential-oil lotions etc.), fabulous Scandinavian breakfast. The location was perfect for me: calm but not too far away from anything for walking. I’ll definitely stay there again next time I’m in town. (…and I didn’t even try the spa or the restaurant….) <3

We had an incredible stay! Our room was so lovely, and it didn’t feel like a hotel room one bit! It was like we were staying at someone’s home - comfortable, eclectic, peaceful. A really unique stay and we loved all the sustainable bath products, special touches, and the location was unbeatable!!

Location is perfect plus the hotel is in the same block as the Designmuseum Denmark. Rooms were great and we loved the breakfast buffet; you will not sleep through it and we appreciated the soft lighting. Food and the service were both very good, we ate and had drinks in the restaurant multiple times. Bit of a trek but the Spa area was also quite nice. Staff and especially the Front Desk, were all lovely and super helpful. We initially booked 318 to share but as good friends know, we really needed our own rooms, it was fortunate that 203 was available, which I took. Sending a big thank you back to everyone at the hotel for making our first visit so special. I think Babette Guldsmeden is my new Copenhagen home away from home. Tack!

The property was easy walking distance from the town centre, but there was also good transport links to and it was very friendly with very good breakfast and clean
