Das Zimmer war super, coole LED-Lichter, sehr bequemes Bett & alles wurde mit dem iPad gesteuert. Check-in/ -out verlief sehr unkompliziert. Tolle Lage, direkt im Stadtzentrum, alles zu Fuss erreichbar.

We were very pleasantly surprised with our room at CitizenM. It’s hard to find somewhere in Copenhagen for a reasonable price and this hotel was perfect for us. Only about a 10 min walk into the centre, 20 mins to Nyhavn and round the corner from Tivoli. The room was spacious, given its layout and the bed was big and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would happily stay here again!

Great hotel! Close to everything. Right in the center of town! Food was amazing, nice clean hightech rooms! Staff was very nice! Great views.

Modernt hotell, men märks att det har några år på nacken. Lite slitet och som ofta lite sterilt och vandrarhemsaktigt, som det blir när det ska va modernt och avskalat. Loungen är dock mysig, fast så mörk att man knappt ser när man ska göra incheckningen då man inte ser rumskorten eller betalterminalen. Gamla iPads som styr rummen men går ganska långsamt. Kunde också haft hotellinfo på dessa, tex om utcheckning. Lite dålig avrinning i duschen som dock var fräsch. Det som är viktigt var dock bra: rent, skön säng, tyst och bra mörkläggning.

Room is small but clean. The soundproofing is excellent and the blinds black everything out. The ipad control is great. Location is perfect, next to the metro and Tivoli with a good selection of food & drink within 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Every city that we been to, as long as there is a Citizen M we always stay at Citizen M. And this Citizen M at Radhuspladsen , I would happily recommend. As usual the room is very ckean , great mattress and all the controls. Like for the lights, blinds , alarm are all in the ipad. Location is great. Very near to the City Hall, Tivoli, restaurants, grocery store, train station, there’s 7-11, mcDonalds, starbucks, kfFC, very convenient location, I highly recommend this hotel whenever you go to Copenhagen.

Bra frukost! Bra personal! Rent rum! Synd att det inte fanns en vask inne på toa! Synd att sängen var platsbyggd så man inte lätt kunde lätt ta sej ur sängen!

Great location and good hotel for what we needed! We were told they were understaffed at the weekend so they asked my partner to come and get things from the kitchen instead of them being able to bring it to our room and it took 2 requests for them to bring Champagne to our room for our Engagement (charged £66 at the end which my partner wasn't expecting), it was supposed to arrive before we got back as my partner asked in the morning and we got back around 5pm. Second request to change our sheets as they had changed them in the afternoon to dirty sheets which was really odd - you could see marks on the bedding which were supposed to be fresh. The staff on arrival were lovey and super helpful but due to the staffing issue seemed less attentive throughout which was a shame. Location was great regardless and very walkable, plus right by a metro which we could use daily! We didn't have breakfast here as there's so many bakeries near by!

Excellent night’s sleep - the room was well soundproofed and had the most effective blackout blinds I have ever seen in a hotel room. Very comfortable

I thought the hotel was overall decent. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable but I found it to be a little too small for my liking, it was very compact and had me feeling a little claustrophobic. I would have expected complimentary in-room tea and coffee making facilities for a 4 star in Europe. Check-in was high tech, everything was digital. The room had an iPad which enabled me to control the mood lighting, temperature, blinds, curtains and TV channels which I thought was quite cool. Hotel was clean and modern and you can't fault the location. It is conveniently located to get around Copenhagen without any hassle.

Essential….basic…comfy and perfect location…rooftop reception bar and lounge brilliant

Casting on TV cut off every 30 mins, no option to Insert own USB devices (like firestick)on media. Bed awkward to get in as pushed against window, would be a nightmare if sharing a room. Staff were ok, but I'm a mrtiot good member and wasn't offered late check out.
