Great value for the money relative to other hotels in the area. Very comfortable and clean room, definitely worthwhile taking the breakfast option!

Excellent location, staff and service. Janni and Benjamin were particularly helpful and gracious. The only negative was the iPad control for lights and TV. Too complicated.

This hotel is hard to find. There’s no good signage in front of the building and the entrance to the hotel doesn’t say the name. You then have to go,to the seventh floor to register. And there’s no one to register. You self register! The room was extremely tiny and you can’t get maid service until,your second day. Everything in the room is controlled by an iPad. The shower was good and good pressure. Only get two towels so hang them up cause they don’t do,your room until the second day. The bed is a square but the way it’s configured there is no nightstand and therefore no electric outlets. I had to sleep on the side to be able to connect my cpap machine. There’s no gym, no bike rentals , and if you want to order food you do it via the iPad. The morning breakfast was pretty good but no omelette station. The area is nice and the train station is across the street. Because it’s the downtown area it doesn’t have the small cafes you find in other areas of the city. I will never stay here again.

Good position for the sights & restaurants. Very hi tech & everything works!! Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast. Room quite small & need to climb into the bed. Bathroom in the bedroom with shower & toilet, the washbasin is in the bedroom area. Bathroom is surrounded with obscure glass so little privacy, more like a large shower cubicle. Would stay again.

Just the issue with parking

Location was great. Close to central train station and Tivoli Gardens. Very helpful staff. Comfortable room! Breakfast looked excellent, although we chose not to eat there.

Great location and I love the living room area at the top of the building!

The hotel is based in a great location, just a few minutes from the Central Station. It was very clean, quite high tech. The room was big enough for 1 pers (max 2). I decreased the score a bit because of the view. Got a room on the 1st floor. The view was blocked by the back of another building, not the view I expected. They should have a room rating system.
