I stayed here for one night, and the location is excellent due to its proximity to the Colonial Zone. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Having on-site parking is a huge plus, and they also have a pool on the property. I was on the 3rd floor and had a partial ocean view, though some houses blocked it a bit. The room has everything you need: a desk with a chair, a closet with hangers, a TV (which I didn't use), and they conveniently provide bottles of shampoo. The AC works almost too well—it got so cold I had to turn it off every now and then. The included breakfast was a nice touch, featuring scrambled eggs, bread with ham, and a glass of juice. As a bonus, there is a Chinese restaurant nearby called Expreso New Gazcue within walking distance; the food is great and the prices are very budget-friendly. Very practical for the area!

The room is not comfortable

The bathroom was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. Not towels. Went 3 times to the front desk requesting towels. I was ignored.

Do not get catfished by the pictures that are advertised! This was a horrible dirty hotel and I do NOT recommend staying there!! The first room we were assigned to had no blankets, no towels, and the toilet did not flush. On top of that, we found a few bees walking on the bed as we were laying down. We were moved to a second room, which was BEYOND disgusting!!! It looked like a murder had just happened in there. The beds were filthy stained, it smelled like dirty nasty butt and sex, and there was mold all over the mini fridge. The third room was cleaner but smaller and had NO amenities!! We stayed here for 6 days, and out of the 6 days, we were only given ONE set of towels. We never recieved no blankets and we had to purchase our own toilet paper!! The staff were rude and dismissive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

Nadie se bañaba en la piscina . Había un letrero del costo de $500 pesos dominicanos. No pregunté al respecto.

El personal en general es amable y cortes. La entrada del hotel y el lobby bastante limpio y agradable. Los butacones de la entrada tienen forros rojos y uno tenía olor a orina de gato. Había gatos en la zona. No limpian con frecuencia las habitaciones. En 10 días solo fueron una vez, y hubo que buscar a la empleada para que botara los papeles del baño. No ponen jabones, etc, suficientes. No tienen alfombrita en el baño y se queda mojado y el piso queda sucio después del baño. El baño de la habitación tenía la cubierta del inodoro de sentarse rajada. Existen filtraciones en paredes y techos Recorrimos varias habitaciones el primer dia para cambiarnos pues había una gotera en el cielo raso que caia sobre el colchon de una de las camas. En esas diferentes habitaciones observamos las comodas desgastadas, al parecer la madera con comejen y despintadas. Almohadas con olor a polvo que provocan tos, pero lo dijimos y nos trajeron enseguida almohadas nuevas. Es un hotel económico pero considero que deben mejorar esos aspectos. Solo está incluido el desayuno. Hacen ruido y hablan muy alto por los pasillos del hotel, sobre todo de noche cuando se debe respetar el sueño de los huéspedes. Había trabajadores arreglando algunas habitaciones. El desayuno no varia. Y hacen el revoltillo muy salado. No aceptan tarjetas en la piscina, hay que pagar cash. En la propaganda del hotel decía que el check out era a la 1:30 pm y me dijeron que tenía que entregar la habitación a las 11 am.

room was ok, the AC worked, very good for what you pay. Believe there is a pool as well. The free breakfast is good, above all the location is excellent in Gascue near many museums, the Malecon, parque independencia, calle conde.

Lo único bueno fue la comida creo que ya deben remodelar los baños están terribles agua por todos lados antes de que tengan otra trajedia como la del jet set deben remodelar

The shower was licking all day and night and the air conditioning was not the best.

El aire no algo defectuoso. Igual la ducha filtrada todo el día. Por lo demás. Muy bien

The pictures look better than what the rooms actually is, but it gets the job done. It smells like cigarettes. staff is Friend the otherwise breakfast was OK.

This place is run down. Staff was rude. Upon entering room, absolutely disgusting! No blankets or towels. Bugs, and a very dirty bathroom. The pictures are false. Do not bring your family here. Clearly this place has prostitution going on. The health department needs to close down this hotel. Not good for kids!

Instalaciones descuidadas, baño con fugas, TV no servía, checkin listo hasta las 3:20 pm, solo entregan dos paños y éramos 3 personas

Muy sucia las habitacionea todo Viejo y el desayuno peor
