The pictures look better than what the rooms actually is, but it gets the job done. It smells like cigarettes. staff is Friend the otherwise breakfast was OK.

This place is run down. Staff was rude. Upon entering room, absolutely disgusting! No blankets or towels. Bugs, and a very dirty bathroom. The pictures are false. Do not bring your family here. Clearly this place has prostitution going on. The health department needs to close down this hotel. Not good for kids!

El personal parece estar de malas todo el tiempo, reservé y pagué por expedía y llegando al hotel me dijeron que no había ninguna reservación, tuve que pagar en efectivo, la habitación muy descuidada, con humedad y olores feos, cucarachas, la cortina de baño muy sucia con manchas negras como si fuera hongo, la puerta del clóset a medio caerse... lo único bueno fue el desayuno en fin solo pasé una noche

Its wasn't a good experience with the hotel its was a dirty room the shower wasn't cleaned dirty sheet and the was not the i was expected

Muy mal servicios al clientes, el baño estaba en muy mala condición cortinas viejas dañada y cuando te bañas semoja todo el piso del baño y demas cosas estaban en mal estado no abia agua en el sanitario al dia siguiente de estar alla no limpian las avitaciones

La habitación y el baño estaban muy descuidados, el personal fue poco atento.

The hotel is nice simple but it has what you need a warm ved and p ace and quiet its definitely for travelers that want to spend a nigh or two close to the colonial zone at a affordable rate the hot water was good and the AC was very strong it’s perfect for backpackers and explorer with a budget a place to sleep while there exploring the city

La jabiatacion ni tenía sábanas ni toallas tuve que oedirlas el inodoro no descargaba el agua servicio muy malo nada que ver como muestran en las fotos hasta le hice el reclamo a ellos de porqué se me había entregado un cuarto sin sábanas

We had a family trip!! The whole experience was terrible.. we booked 6 rooms.. and definitely we never will make the same mistake.. I rather to pay more and feel better… cockroaches in the rooms, the bathrooms were dirty… poor hygiene… two of the keys were broken and fixed with clear tape.. poor customer service and poor hospitality from the staff.. the only good thing they had it was the parking lot..
