침대 3개중 2개가 꺼졌지만 괜찮았어요

기자 쪽 숙소 퀄리티가 다 그저그런데 이 호텔은 그중에서 가장 좋은 곳 같아요. 층도 높아서 조식당 뷰가 너무 좋고 탁 트여있네요. 방도 하수구 냄새가 약간 나지만 잘 관리되고있는게 느껴지고 친절하고 끗해서 좋았습니다. 온수도 잘 나와요.

가성비가 참 좋은 호텔입니다. 압권은 조식때 마주하게 되는 피라미드 전경입니다. 모든 것이 용서되고, 묵은 피로가 가십니다. 단지, 제 방에서 2가지 소소한 문제점이 발견되어 만점을 못드렸습니다. 두가지인데, 하나는 에어컨에서 행주쉰내가 나서 호텔측에 얘기했습니다 다음은 샤워기가 해바라기라서 정수기능 샤워기로 바꿔낄 수가 없습니다. 그외에는 부족할 것 없습니다. 모두 핀절 짱!

The room was spotless and with an amazing view to the pyramids, so did the restaurant. Staff most of them friendly but some in the restaurant had a little attitude for no reason. Breakfast wasn’t good at all but dinner was ok. The driver Mohammed was awesome, very friendly always with a smile and great energy made Me feel safe at all times.Tour guy was really nice too, his knowledge is incredible.

ピラミッドを観光するためにはいいですが、 部屋に関しては過去最低でした。 ・シャワーのお湯は一切出ない。 ・ドライヤーもない。 ・チップに関しては、少ないと言われ ・不具合を伝えてもすぐに対応をされない 最上階のレストランからのピラミッド眺望は良かったですが、それ以外は本当に最低です。 二度と泊まりたくないです。

View on the balcony was great. Peter in reception was very kind and most helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. We stayed on New Years Eve and the fireworks were awesome. fireworks display was awesome.

Personal muy amable. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era cómoda para el precio pagado. La ubicación buena y segura. La vista desde el hotel a las pirámides es espectacular.

The room was on the 5th floor. This is great in that you're high up so better views. It's not so good because it's right under the terrace/dining area. Every time staff/customers moved chairs or tables, you heard everything in your room. We loved the lady who makes pitta bread fresh on the terrace. The food choices where good. Front of the house/reception, Mr Reda Abd was excellent. Friendly and helpful.

Balcony view was perfect to see the pyramids! Looks exactly like the booking site.

We booked the Panoramic view Suite but they gave us a different room (3rd floor) where you can only see a partial of a pyramid and the rest was the street. So I ran downstairs and told them the issue. They gave us another (5th floor) and even though you can only see 2 pyramids, we settled because it was a LOT better than the first one. The hotel was ok. The porter who brought us to our room on our checked in asked for more tip. The ONLY really amazing with this hotel was the rooftop where the restaurant was and where they serve the breakfast. Later at night, we found out from our neighbor (next room) that they had the same experience checking in. They gave them a different room rather than the Panoramic view that they booked. So for this reason, I CANNOT RECOMMEND this hotel because they tried to deceive the guests. What I can recommend is to stay on another hotel and have breakfast or dinner on the rooftop of this hotel. But if you still decide to stay here, make sure to complain if you did not get the exact room that you booked.

Et absolut fantastisk hotel med gode faciliteter, rent og et utroligt venligt personale. Værelserne var perfekte, men ikke mindst udsigten til pyramiderne fra morgenmadsrestauranten slog alle rekorder.

The view of the pyramids was spectacular from our room and restaurant. If you want an Egyptian experience with the view of the sphinx and pyramids this is a wonderful place to stay.

Si recomiendo este hotel , es muy limpio , la ubicación es genial lo único negativo podría ser el desayuno que no es variado , es muy pobre tuve q salir a desayunar a otro lado a los 2 días pero fuera de eso si lo recomiendo

The hotel was nice overall. The customer service was excellent and they were extremely accommodating. We stayed in the biggest suite. You can tell they’ve made upgrades. It would be ideal if they would update drapery. It is older and has some stains on it. Also note, this hotel has a wonderful view of the pyramids and is in close proximity. With that in mind you will hear a lot of noise in the street from locals and big groups.

We really enjoy the clean, friendly and excellent staff service and the amazing beautiful view to the piramids. This hotel was an excellent choice for our full week stay in Giza. The front desk provided a friendly greeting and offered great Tours Services.
