The hotel, pool and beach are very nice. Unfortunately it is majorly let down by the poor customer service, poor food and this obsesiom of EXTRA CHARGE for random things. This is meant to be a 4/5 star resort and we paid for All INCLUSIVE. When we checked in we was greeted with highly depressed staff who do not share the service levels we are used to. Especially when comparing to Movenpick Marakesh. We were made to sign some.sort of terms and conditions that had alot of exclusions. Such as fresh juice and non instant coffee only allowed at breakfast. Bare in mind it was very difficult to order a Latte for breakfast and on two of the days there was no fresh juice. Looks like like they are trying to make extra money wherever they can. Even the pool towels are limited to 1 a day. Any more is extra charge The food was really bad only Mohammed at the pasta station saved the day with his excellent service and pasta. The staff seem to only provide some level of service if tipped. Otherwise the level is less than a 2 star. We called on 3 occasions to get the safe opened as it was locked when we checked in. This never got resolved! We had a leak in the bathroom the whole time from the biddet. This never got resolved in our one week stay. Its such a shame as the hotel has so much potential but unfortuantly it is let down by the above and more points. We were ready to go home early and this has never happened in the many holidays we have had over the years.

The design of the hotel rooms was specific to the region and our room was very nice. We chose the all Inclusive option for accommodation. We would like to thank Meana at the reception. If you want to swim in an aquarium environment, I would recommend especially beach 1 and then beach 4. The hotel staff tries to get your feedback about your hotel, this was very nice. Apart from the chefs scolding the waiters in front of the customers, the general staff approach and communication are good. We made a reservation from another hotel with a similar price in Sharm El Sheikh. When we compare it to the other hotel, the service we received was really better. Since most of the customers spoke Russian, the employees could also speak Russian. My general notes about Sharm El Sheikh. - Do not go with a drone because drones are not accepted in Sharm El Sheikh, even if they are small, and they are kept by the customs officer. The return process takes a long time. We paid almost $5 in Egyptian pound for 5 days. Storage fee was quite low. - The sea is magnificent. It is a nice destination if you want a seaside holiday instead of a pool. It is very nice to see so many different sea creatures together. I recommend that you take goggles and a snorkel with you. - The air is not humid despite being by the sea, which was very nice. In the evenings, spray your body with mosquito repellent lotion for mosquitoes and small desert flies in the open area.

We booked this hotel because of the Movenpick brand and expect a certain standard from this international brand. Indeed a charming hotel with great sea view. But biggest issue is the service level, it’s patronising & disappointing. Pros: - Beautiful sea view, 4 private beaches, beach bars & 1 big pool. - Beautiful facade with lots of steps. There are 2 elevators. - Beautiful sunset view. - Very instagrammable hotel with many pretty corners. - Room is spacious. Bed comfortable. New renovated bathroom, bright & clean. - All inclusive package - free flow beer, spirits, soft drinks and snack. Also includes all 3 meals at buffet restaurant. - Hotel’s side gate leads to shopping area of Naama Bay. Quite a long walk thou. Cons: - Constant hassling from vendors on beach and pool asking if we want to do the beach activities, photo taking, etc. Within 3 hours after checkin, been asked 5 times. - Only 1 buffet restaurant for all-inclusive. Food changes every meal & day so still acceptable. Crows flying all around the alfresco area. - Room smelled a bit woody or mouldy. - Shower head water flow is inconsistent, especially when hot water is turned on. - Cobweb inside wardrobe. - Some brown and black dirt marks by the side of the toilet bowl. We highlighted to the reception 5 times. And asked to change the room due to the shower head issue. Each time we were asked to come back later, or tomorrow morning, but we never get an answer or solution. This feels extremely patronising.

Great location and property. All the main tourist spots were a short taxi drive away. Loved all the landscaping and easy access to the beach. Very clean beach- crystal clear water. My only complaint was service. It was not what I was expecting- very inconsistent. Some individuals were amazing, some not so much. I had to call several times to get an iron sent up to my room. Another annoyance- barely any signage on the property. Almost impossible to know how to get to your room with out anyone to personally guide you there initially. Also I was charged twice for transportation from the airport.. I paid first when I got arrived, then I didn't realize they also included it on my final bill so I had to dispute that with my credit card.

We loved staying and had a very relaxing vacation. The beach options are really good. It can get a bit crowded and you may not be able to get the long chairs in the beach but our overall experience was very good. Staff would go above and beyond to do things for you. We had a lovely time.

I really love the beach area it offered. The room is quite spacious and has balcony to look over the beach area. However, I do think that this facility has something to improve on.

If you want to feel safe in a hotel, DO NOT stay here. The hotel was lovely and we were given a better room upon arrival but aside from the weather, sadly, that's where the good stuff ends. I have never been so harassed, intensely started at, and objectified in all of my life (by staff members at that). Nice staff members were few and far between and the majority were leering consistently and making inappropriate comments. One staff member came up close to me at the buffet and touched me inappropriately, and I caught another taking photos of me. I wasn't able to relax at all around this hotel as I was not left alone for longer than 5 minutes and felt on high alert at all times. I did not report this to anyone as there are barely any women staff members so thought it pointless and unsafe to do so. I never leave negative reviews but I would strongly suggest that if you want to relax on your holiday and you are a woman on a solo trip, or with an all women party, please, please think again.

Room service is slow. But all else was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Service bad and the stuff doesn’t know anything and my room phone line not working for more then three day until I went to the baby twic every thing is bad

The food was very bad little options and the quality was horrible. The Service wasn’t great. The system in the resort as an all inclusive is faulty. A lot of restrictions on this and that. No shuttle service when I was advertised there is a 24/7 shuttle service.

Quelle belle atmosphère ! Des milles et une nuits au resort parfaitement équipé...l'accès aux coraux est idéal...pour moi, c'est une oasis de paix, mon hôtel favori à Sharm où je retourne régulièrement 😊

We had an exceptional vacation and stay. Especially the friendly staff and the hospitality make us want to come back. Examples are Hamada Shawki and Mohamnad (life guards and beach 4 front). Nader and Emad of Housekeeping. Mohammad and Hany from the main restaurant. Dr Eslam, the clinic Doctor. And especially security staff manager who asked the driver to take us to the hospital and stay with us and bring us back (many thanks). And all the staff were very accomodating. My wife fell and injured herself and being at this hotel made the process seemless. Exceptional hotel and location. Thank you to all.
