La chambre était très bien, malgré qu'il est visible qu'il y a un grand roulement de visiteurs. C'est très bien situé et la petite cuisine et frigo sont bien pratiques pour un séjour de 3 jours. L'élément désagréable est la configuration des lumières : ça a pris quelques minutes à saisir et elle n'est pas optimale. Mon amie et moi avons tout de même bien aimé et nous y retournerions (même si on a eu un lit King au lieu des 2 lits que j'ai sélectionnés dans la réservation).

Check-in was difficult, as there is no reception and they are supposed to send you a PIN before you arrive. Mine only went through once I called them. Luckily some other guests let me into the building, otherwise I would've had to wait outside in the cold. The room was fine, a bit expensive for what it is but okay to stay a few nights. The bathroom was cold.

Badly managed no heating until 6.30 pm TV not working, very limited cookware, not in good condition

Eclectic, unusual apartment which added to its charm. If you don’t know Bristol, it’s at the top of a hill with a lovely park to walk down to the quay and SS Great Britain and good eating places.

The house is full of bad smells and humidity.

I absolutely loved the room! We booked the traditional room, and it was so cute! Exactly like the pics, and the whole process was absolutely smooth. The check in was great! It was so easy and simple, nothing complicated. I loved the area it was situated in, literally few minutes walk from the main streets! And so safe :) I would definitely book them again!

Bien situé dans un quartier vivant. Assez loin de la gare mais accessible en bus. Pas de réception, tout est à faire en autonomie. C'est le désavantage de ces établissements, pas possible d'arriver le matin, de laisser ses bagages...

The studio apartment was clean, comfortable and served our purpose. The decor was nice. We were quite cold in the room, which has high ceilings but the weather had recently changed from the hot summer to a more autumnal temperature on an evening.

Perfect apartment for a short stay in the city.

-The sink in the bathroom fills up with water in a second. The pipe under the sink drips water all over the floor because it is blocked. I had to use the towels they left to dry the floor! -Wifi didn't work during my whole stay (2.5 days). I had to buy a data plan on my phone so I can use it as a hotspot and work remotely. - The so-called whatsapp help number doesn't respond in time. - There were two lights in my room, neither was working. I came to the room in the evening and discovered that there was no light. I had to use the torch on my phone to navigate. I texted the whatsapp number, it took them 21 hours to reply to ask me check the fuse box in the dark instead of doing that themselves. I did not travel to Bristol to stay in the room and later that night when I went back to the room, the light was still not working! - Toilet seat was yellow, can use some proper cleaning. - Shower head connection was broken, water gets everywhere. -The mirror in the room is above the bed, it is impossible to see unless you stand up on the bed to see your face. I paid waaaayyy too much for a 5 m2 single room to sit in the dark for two nights and spend time cleaning rhe bathroom. They also blocked more money than other places for deposit. Meanwhile asking me to keep the floors dry and fix the fusebox... unbelievable. I am utterly shocked by the terrible service quality...

Clean, comfortable, and quiet backing to a nice park and walking distance to many sites.

The apartments are spacious and clean. The reservation team was very helpful assisting me during my stays here. A full size mirror was of great use for my daughter with her graduation gown.

Small basement flat, with shower. No access to outside space but window coukd be opened to allow fresh air. Hot weekend in Bristol but flat was still cool. Some communication from the managers had to chased (check in details etc.) but friendly and efficient once asked. Good base for a night or two.

It was great location. Common parts a little tired. But did the job and good price.

Small, but very clean, comfy and pretty room with first-rate surroundings. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would like to especially commend the fast, professional and informative communications of the (remote) check-in staff.

It is a great apartment. Only two complaints, albeit small, was the poor WiFi which not only meant you could not use your mobile, but it meant you could not use the TV.

The room was fine and the bed comfortable. However, the sound insulation was not great and I could hear anyone talking in the flat opposite and walking through the corridors. Because the property is likely to be rented by groups the chances of people booking to go on stag/hen dos is high - so don’t bank on a quiet stay. There’s no lift and I think the rooms are overpriced
