The studio apartment was clean, comfortable and served our purpose. The decor was nice. We were quite cold in the room, which has high ceilings but the weather had recently changed from the hot summer to a more autumnal temperature on an evening.

Perfect apartment for a short stay in the city.

-The sink in the bathroom fills up with water in a second. The pipe under the sink drips water all over the floor because it is blocked. I had to use the towels they left to dry the floor! -Wifi didn't work during my whole stay (2.5 days). I had to buy a data plan on my phone so I can use it as a hotspot and work remotely. - The so-called whatsapp help number doesn't respond in time. - There were two lights in my room, neither was working. I came to the room in the evening and discovered that there was no light. I had to use the torch on my phone to navigate. I texted the whatsapp number, it took them 21 hours to reply to ask me check the fuse box in the dark instead of doing that themselves. I did not travel to Bristol to stay in the room and later that night when I went back to the room, the light was still not working! - Toilet seat was yellow, can use some proper cleaning. - Shower head connection was broken, water gets everywhere. -The mirror in the room is above the bed, it is impossible to see unless you stand up on the bed to see your face. I paid waaaayyy too much for a 5 m2 single room to sit in the dark for two nights and spend time cleaning rhe bathroom. They also blocked more money than other places for deposit. Meanwhile asking me to keep the floors dry and fix the fusebox... unbelievable. I am utterly shocked by the terrible service quality...

Clean, comfortable, and quiet backing to a nice park and walking distance to many sites.

The apartments are spacious and clean. The reservation team was very helpful assisting me during my stays here. A full size mirror was of great use for my daughter with her graduation gown.

Small basement flat, with shower. No access to outside space but window coukd be opened to allow fresh air. Hot weekend in Bristol but flat was still cool. Some communication from the managers had to chased (check in details etc.) but friendly and efficient once asked. Good base for a night or two.

It was great location. Common parts a little tired. But did the job and good price.

Small, but very clean, comfy and pretty room with first-rate surroundings. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would like to especially commend the fast, professional and informative communications of the (remote) check-in staff.

It is a great apartment. Only two complaints, albeit small, was the poor WiFi which not only meant you could not use your mobile, but it meant you could not use the TV.

The room was fine and the bed comfortable. However, the sound insulation was not great and I could hear anyone talking in the flat opposite and walking through the corridors. Because the property is likely to be rented by groups the chances of people booking to go on stag/hen dos is high - so don’t bank on a quiet stay. There’s no lift and I think the rooms are overpriced

The room is a bit too small and the water can flow everywhere in the shower room, so there are a lot of rooms for improvement. Having said that, in general it is clean and pleasant.

Excellent location for Bristol centre and harbourside. Lots of boutique little shops/coffee bars/restaurants nearby. Great communication by premises regarding parking etc the apartment was super clean. Microwave, kettle, in the little kitchenette zone and quite a spacious sleeping/living room. All was great. One thing of concern was the electric shower which went from cold to extremely hot and then cold again quite quickly. I wouldn’t want to leave a child or vulnerable adult in it as it could really scald someone. The drain smelled quite badly too. But apart from those issues it was a great place to stay.

The apartment was a nice size, however the cleaner has done an awful job; big old cobwebs on multiple parts of the ceiling, no soap and conditioner in the bathroom, small dark stains on the bedding. Our main issue was that we were rudely disturbed and overheard the cleaner complaining that we were still in our room, all whilst we were well within our time prior to checking out. The lady was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable and left a very sour stain on our stay. The room was a decent size and otherwise acceptable.

The property was describe as an Apartment!!what a laughable disappointed to it’s was just a tiny room and tiny bed.

Bien, buena estadia, muy comodo, bonita habitación. La persona que atendió fue cordial. Cosas por mejorar: Pidieron por WhatsApp datos de la tarjeta de credito lo cual no genera confianza. Hubo fallas en la comunicación para recibir el código para abrir la puerta. La cama doble está compuesta por dos sencillas, lo cual hace que se sienta el hueco en la mitad. El baño no tiene circulación de aire. Poca flexibilidad en caso de enfermedad.

I made the mistake of booking a small single room, which was tiny and very noisy because of the stairs. Fortunately I was able to move to a loft apartment which was completely satisfactory in every way.
