Underbart med ett fräscht hotell mitt i flygplatsen! Sköna sängar, stort badrum med allt som man behöver. Frukostbuffén var helt gudomligt där fanns ALLT man kan tänka sig! Mkt BRA utbud av både gluten/laktosfritt. Servicen var prima! Prisvärt, rekomenderas varmt!

Thoughtful cleaning staff

Hotel in itself was great, wonderful customer service. Location was convenient and ideal for outings and attractions. Only downside was that no communal area in hotel and no fridge in room. Room was airy and cool, didn’t need fans or ac as the windows enabled natural cooling. The room was lovely and spacious. Would recommend

Meget mindre end på billedet, der var ikke særlig rent, dårlig og dårlig / usikker lås på døren (groundfloor in mind) meget indeklemt rum og luft. Ingen stik at koge vand hvor kanden står! Low value for money!

Too long to list all defecrs but it's grimy and dirty, bathroom in terrible state, broken, unlockable/unsafe balcony, no lift and super steep stairs, paper thin walls....reception is in the hotel next door...

We recieved amazing service from Salem! The property was not very clean and not modern, the bathroom was incredibly small, and there was no AC. The area around the Hotel was very nice. However, our highlight was amazing service from our Host Salem!

The floor was soaked.

I called the hotel 4 days before our booking to organise early check in as we were going to an event at BST Hyde Park. Over the phone I was told that we could check in at 12pm rather than 2pm. On our arrival at 12pm we were told that there was no note about this on the booking. I asked the guy on the reception desk who was working when I made the call to book the early check in and it was himself. He said that our room had been moved and there was no note today it had even been arranged. We got changed in a small bathroom, let him know that our friends would need access to the room no later than 2. When they arrived the room was not ready till 3:30. We stayed in a family room on the top floor and there was one small fan that was fixed in the middle of a 35+ degree heatwave. If there had of been children staying this would have been a complete nightmare.

-窓が壊れてて、開かない。部屋がサウナ状態で暑かった -シャワールームが狭くて手が伸ばせない。しかも下水道が詰まってて汚水が流れない -フックがなくて物をかけられない -常駐のフロントがないため何かあったときの連絡ができない -階段が大変でした

Lovely friendly staff at reception he was very helpful and let us check in half hour early which was a lovely bonus , they don’t have air con but the gentleman supplied us with 2 strong fans and carried one to the room for us. Room was lovely and clean obviously not 5* but still a lovely place to stay if you just doing the one or two nights.

Very tiny room. Dirty towels were on the floor of the shared bathroom & limited soaps for washing hands. The room got very hot as well & I didn’t feel it safe leaving the window open during the night. But it’s very close to Paddington station so is easy to get around London. Good for a one or two night stay.

One of the worst hotels ive stayed in. I travel internationally almoest every year and the Astoria experience was one of the worst I've had. First, they tried to take us up to an attic room with stairs set at an angle akin to a ladder and we were suppose to get ou luggage up that. I protested that it wouldn't be possible. So they moved us to a closet of a room, they we could barely get ourselves into, with the luggage. And this for almost $200 for 2 people and 1 night. I DO NOT recommend for anyone who has problem with stair or enclosed spaces, especially with no air conditioning.

The room in 4th floor without elevator , some times the water cutting at the shower. The location in active street so you can’t sleep at night.
