The hotel itself was 3 of the row houses converted. They left the old English charm inside. The location of the hotel is just a 4 minute walk to the underground-which made getting around easy.
The breakfast was fantastic and served the classic English food plus cereals, breads, pastries, cold cuts.
We would stay here again.

같은 금액, 같은 조건으로 예약했는데 나는 3층 좋은 방을 같이 간 사람은 반지하 방을 해줘서 따졌더니 끝까지 안된단데
프론트에 백발 지배인인지 뮌지 모르겠으나 인종차별 쩐다.
아주 불쾌함. 유럽인에게는 비굴하게 싹싹함. 언더그라운드(지하철역)까지의 거리는 아주 최상!!

스위스코티지역 1분 거리로 교통이 아주 좋습니다. 도심과 멀지 않으면서 깨끗하고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어요. 조식이 훌륭하고 어른1명이 티나 커피를 주문하면 아이 2명(7세, 12세)의 식사도 무료로 제공해주었습니다. 하지만 리프트가 3층까지 있어 4층 룸까지 올라가기가 힘들고, 바닥의 수평이 맞지 않아 어지럽게 느껴졌습니다. 샤워기 호스에 물이 새어 수압이 낮고 냉장고가 없습니다. 침구 등의 관리는 매우 청결히 이루어지고 있습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 숙박객들 분위기도 평온합니다.

인을 런던으로 해서 편히 자려로 호스텔이 아닌호텔로 했습니다 베스트웨스턴은 전세계적으로 있는곳이라 믿고 했는데 생각보단 오래된 건물이라 놀랐습니다..엘베에 2명밖에 못타고 문도 직접 여는식이며 4층은 3층에서 내려서 계단으로 올라가야합니다..캐리어 올리느라 고생했네요..바닥은 올라갈수록 삐걱거립니다 그래도위치가 매우 괜찮고 주변도 부촌인지깔끔해서 걱정없이 다녔습니다! 아침도 인생 해쉬브라운을 먹어서 매우 만족스러웠습니다...아 수압은 좀 약한편입니다

Best Western Swiss Cottage Hotel was Safe, clean, had friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay! The beds are nice, best for people who enjoy their bed on the firm side. Our room was on the very top floor. We were surprised to find that the lift/elevator doesn't reach that floor even though the website says it reaches all floors. My mom is elderly so this was a factor in the original booking we were not pleased to discover. We booked via Expedia.

Big room and good size bathroom.
Renovated clean bathroom.
Room had old decor and smelled old.
Room had old screechy floors.
No air conditioning and no air flo.
ROOM WAS HOT LIKE A SAUNA.
One of our fans was broken and made very loud noise.
Wifi is very weak.
I do not recommended.

Standard double room in the basement - aka "dungeon". Underneath the reception desk and next to breakfast room, could hear staff moving around above my head, guests coming and going etc. Decor v dated, was a little worried it was the set of a blue movie. Bathroom v awkward shape and small - if you're a little overweight you wouldn't be able to physically get to the toilet. Close to Swiss Cottage tube station though!

Located in central London and within walking distance of Regents Park. Within ~100-m of metro/underground station with bus routes too. Dining, commercial stores, and pharmacies close by. Good option for those who need to go North or use transit, but don't want to stay strictly downtown.
