Ótimo hotel , fácil acesso ao metrô,equipe prestativa, café da manhã poderia melhorar, bem fraco.

It’s a good hotel for a night or two. Mostly clean apart from some spots in the bathroom such as behind the door it’s was not clean. But apart from that staff were brilliant and it’s was easy to get in an out of no hassle

The hotel was much farther from the city than expected, even though I entered the ZIP code before searching. The staff members were helpful and friendly, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Our room smelled like mold, especially at night. We could hear water running through the pipes, and there was no air conditioning, which made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Because of these conditions, I barely slept, and the stressful stay even led to an argument between my friend and me. The breakfast was also very poor. The only thing I felt comfortable eating was a yogurt because it was sealed in its original container. Overall, I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

You get what you pay for... Room was clean. Bathroom - toilet area was the size of the toilet;cistern touched the wall either side. Getting out the shower-if u bent down to dry your feet, you hit your head on the wash basin. No furniture / night stand in the room, at all. No lampshade on the light fitting. No TV. Tea making facilities in the lobby. The lady own was Very welcoming and helpful. Don't think I'll bother again.

Good location very clean room Shower very small but warm :) 24/7 coffee and help Your self buffet style breakfast so all in all worth the money :)

clean room but very basic though suitable for our needs the breakfast was amazing and the coffee machine inside the lobby was a pleasant addition.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Shower was awful though as you couldn’t change the temperature and when the toilet flushed the shower stopped or went scolding hot. There is no TV in the rooms and a lack of furniture to put things on like your phone. There was literally just a bed and a wooden chair. This place is good if you just want somewhere to put your head down as the bed was comfy and the linen was nice and soft but there is definitely no frills. I’d stay again if I had to but wouldn’t opt to if I can help it. Simple things to improve it for me would be a better shower and a bedside table.

English breakfast was splendid

Great place to stay, but odd when you’re used to hotels but absolutely spot on for what it is.

Everything was lovely! Staff, room and most things. Shower unfortunately didn't work on the 2nd night and couldn't change room. Other than that can highly recommend!

I stayed here a while ago and was run down and dated. However, it has been modernised and refurbished to a good standard. Rooms are still basic, no TV or kettle, but clean and comfortable and I would stay again. A decent breakfast is also a bonus.
