I stayed two nights for a family vacation. Staff was great, and it was a good and clean facility. Perfect location near Victoria Station. Reasonable price

냉난방기 소리가 매우 크고, 컨트롤이 잘 안 돼서 불편했습니다. 희방 온도를 얘기 해줘야 난방이 됐습니다. 교통과 관련한 장소는 아주 좋습니다.

출장목적으로 갔었습니다. 인터넷 잘 터지고요, 아침 조식 금액 나쁘지 않았고요, 나름 다양해서 좋았습니다. 빅토리아 역 앞에있어서 좋았습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절 했습니다. 트윈 베드룸 썼었는데요, 좋았습니다. 다만, 욕실의 샤워 물 수압이 약한 편입니다. 나머지는 좋았어요.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. The team at the restaurant was amazing. The location of this hotel was ideal as it was very close to the train station and getting around was very easy. I would recommend staying here.

Had two different rooms, both had a clogging problem for the shower or tub

I have to say it was a real pleasure for us the moment we arrived. We got to the hotel almost 5 hours before check-in time, hoping to store our bags. To our surprise and delight we were told our room was ready. I can’t tell you how comforting that was after a very hectic morning of travelling. The room was nice and clean and cool, which was great to find. The only issue I would say is the flooring. There is a transition from tile to carpet which is unsafe. The shower door leaks but was easy to clean up with towels. But then can’t reuse them. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and it was very nice, always full and ready. Our last evening we had dinner at the bar and the staff were terrific. My wife was finding the air conditioning very cold and the bar staff took care of it immediately. So thoughtful of him! I would be remiss if I didn’t call out the two gentlemen working the concierge desk. They were so helpful, from start to finish. Truly that little extra bit of polish if you will.

Access too the train station.

For a 3-person family room, this room was a little short on space. We didn't have enough space to open our suitcases easily without tripping on them.

Great hotel, convenient to London sites and also to Victoria Coach Station for transport to Southampton for cruise ships.

Terrible washroom, no place to hang towels.
