Hotel is located in the center of Bath and 12 minutes walk to Roman Bath. Walking to Jane Austen Center, circus or Royal Cresent all within 15 minutes. Room is well sized and tastefully decorated and sparkly clean. Have to mention that the bathroom was beautifully designed. Amenities provided was great, like kettle, coffee press machine, safe, etc. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Although it is in central area but night time the street was very quiet. Maybe because I am a light sleeper so I still could hear some footsteps when people passing by because the window was old style with single layer. The building is an historic one, I kind of understand that. Other than that all great!

The property is a serviced apartment. Unfortunately our check in was delayed and it seems that the cleaners had rushed through the process given that we weren’t even left any hand soap. The cleanliness was questionable and there was a heating issue where we were not able to turn down the heat or open the windows so we were cooked like turkeys by the morning. The location is fantastic tho!

It was great

This is a lovely little hotel, conveniently located off one of the seemingly endless cute streets of Bath. Could hardly be closer to the Abbey and Roman Baths, and next door to the fabulous Oak Restaurant. While normally a pedestrian only street would be ideal, this particular one is very loud. For some reason, both nights I was there (both weekdays) groups of young revellers decided to meet directly outside of the hotel to discuss their next moves, ad nauseam. Not sure what the draw is, but being that it happened both nights, it must be a thing. The room was small, but comfortable, with a good coffee and tea setup and some nice cookies from the nearby bakery. Staff was friendly. Just be prepared for the noise and the carpeted, very narrow, spiral staircase up to the guest rooms could pose a challenge for some guests.

Lovely stay at 8 in Bath! Our rooms were perfect, cozy and the location was amazing!

The honor bar is one of the best hidden parts of the hotel. Location is great! Walkable from train, sights are on your doorstep. Staff help with luggage so stairs are manageable. We loved this hotel.

The location is amazing. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, despite being there on st patricks day. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely small hotel in historic square close to everything

The hotel itself was great, good facilities and good location. However, on Wednesday, you had some workmen attend to look at the roof. We were given no prior notice about this work taking place. This involved work outside the room's door in the hall, on the roof of the room and also more importantly, outside the room's window. Basically, all around us. This led to a major breech of privacy, due to a random man appearing outside our bedroom window without warning. It also made access and egress from our room difficult, as there was a ladder, tools and blankets all immediately outside the room's door. Even just a memo placed on the internal door to the building could have avoided this. We tried to explain this to the reception staff on check out, but they didn't seem to grasp or understand the severity of this. This experience ruined our stay at your hotel.

Staff were lovely, little bit noisy on the street but the hotel and room were fabulous.

Room and decor very nice and clean, but there were bits on the flooring, felt by walking barefoot. The main issue was noise. Every movement from the room above could be heard very loudly. I do not think there is any soundproofing at all. Earplugs were provided, but these could only be used at night obviously.

It was a lovely stay, with very friendly staff. Situated a couple streets away from the Abbey, you can walk out of the hotel and down picturesque streets immediately. They even allowed us to keep our baggage in the property after check out so that we could explore the city one last time before leaving. Very thoughtful and lovely property. I would recommend to anyone wanting to spend a couple nights in Bath.

Very short walking distance from the major Bath attractions. This was extremely practical for us. The staff were also friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were large and beautifully decorated. I just wish the bed was larger (a King size).

Spotlessly clean room and a lovely bathroom with an excellent shower. Location is perfect. Will be recommending your hotel to everyone. Will definitely stay again in future when visiting Bath.
