It was a lovely stay, with very friendly staff. Situated a couple streets away from the Abbey, you can walk out of the hotel and down picturesque streets immediately. They even allowed us to keep our baggage in the property after check out so that we could explore the city one last time before leaving. Very thoughtful and lovely property. I would recommend to anyone wanting to spend a couple nights in Bath.

Very short walking distance from the major Bath attractions. This was extremely practical for us. The staff were also friendly.
The bedroom and bathroom were large and beautifully decorated. I just wish the bed was larger (a King size).

What spoilt our trip was the maid took something from our room. After reporting to reception, we did get the item back. The maid created some ridiculous story about why she took it but completely unbelievable.

The property is perfectly located for exploring Bath. It’s located right next to the Abbey on a quiet side street. There are two buildings around the corner from each other. Our room (#15) was large and spacious. In the main building there is a lovely honesty bar where you can relax and have a drink. Reception is not there after 6pm some evenings so if you arriving late you need to give notice.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Bath. We had a lovely room overlooking the Abbey on one side. Very clean and the staff were lovely.
My only issue was that because we were in the centre and the windows were old and single paned, the outside noise was very loud. We e were woken up a few times late at night by drunk people on the street outside.
