Good location, however the staff good but not exceptionally service minded. But at least helpful upon asking. Room was always clean and you got complimentary water.

Wonderfully welcoming front of house who arranged our 3 night stay on the spot as we weren’t happy with a different hotel we had booked nearby. Excellent value for money, brilliant location within 2 minutes walk of Piccadilly Tube station and their complimentary croissants, muffins, bottles of water, tea and coffee machine in Reception were welcome additions to our stay. We would definitely recommend this boutique hotel and look forward to staying there again!

Todo fue perfecto! La atención por parte del personal merece un 10! Pero hay un 11/10 para Chino! Honestamente para un hotel de esta categoría ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas! Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra primera estancia en Londres inolvidable!

Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand aber klein. Zum frühstück hatte man nicht viel zur Auswahl. Vom Hotel aus konnte man alles mit der U-Bahn oder zu Fuß erreichen.

Nice, clean and large room for 3 adults and 1 child. The reception area and staff were welcoming. However the room had over 10 small fruit flies on the walls which was strange as the room was clean. Also the breakfast area was in a tiny room with not enough space. A lot of the breakfast food was empty and it took quite a while for it to be cooked and filled again.

Great location, very close to Paddington. Room was small but clean. Would stay again.

Trevligt hotell, tillmötesgående personal och bra frukost. Rummen är väldigt små men rena och välskötta. Badrummet utmärkt, rent och snyggt. Läget är utmärkt med goda kommunikationer både till London i stort och Heathrow.

The room was okay. The staff was kind and helpful.

Helt ok. Vi ble plassert i et rom i underetasjen, med vindu ut mot bossrommet. Hvor det gjennom natten var mye bråk fra. Var ansatte som kastet boss på natten og dette bråkte.

Please dont call your hotel 'Grand' because, sadly, it is not! Pros: location is only a 3 minute walk to Paddington Station. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the area. 15 minute walk to Hyde Park. Staff pleasant, coffee machine and mini croissants in the foyer for guests to take away. Beds comfy enough Cons: very small double rooms. Not very clean. I had to wipe dust from the small dressing table, tv and bed unit.Carpets and edges need a good vaccuum! Limitted space for luggage. Ok for us as only had cabin bags but a struggle for larger cases. Sadly our experience was far from ideal. VERY NOISY floor of guests. Didnt sleep more than 4hrs each night! The manager told me 22 rooms were occupied by workers. They clearly worked shifts and between 3am and 4am were happily chatting loudly in the corridors, slamming bedroom doors and we had a room (305) with an interconnecting door and could hear them speaking...loudly! We complained and were moved to another room (104). Even smaller, terrible water pressure and intermittent BUT this was right beside the noisy lift shaft so wasnt any better. Sleep depravation on a much needed holiday was NOT acceptable. Breakfast was adequate but not the best. Very basic and the 'hot food' was not hot. The breakfast room is in the basement. It was chilly as the window was open (nov) so we didnt stop long! The coffee was ok but not that hot either. Even though our stay at this hotel was plaqued with issues, the staff were courteous which helps!
