The location is the best part of this stay. But there is more to like than that. It’s a few minutes walk away from Paddington Station and the street is lined with good restaurants and shops. The breakfast (which is included) is outstanding and the dining area is well maintained by great staff.

직원들이 편하게 대접합니다. Wi-Fi에는 별 문제가 없습니다. 다만 조식이 단순하고 층계 중간에 방을 두는 등 안전함이 약합니다.
특히 로한과 조식 책임자들이 매우 친절했습니다! 그들 덕택에 편안히 위기상황도 잘 버텨서 살아남아 갑니다!

객실이 오래되긴 하였으나 청소상태가 상당이 양호 하였고, 직원들도 상당히 친절 했다. 아침은 가격 대비 만족스러웠고 객실에 전자렌지와 냉장고가 비치되어 간단한 음식은 조리가 가능하였다. 2 어른 2아이로 더블 침대 2개가 비치된 방에 투숙했는데 가격대비 룸 사이즈는 만족 스러웠다.

Værelset var rent, men sengene var nærmest kun stof og fjedrer. Men for to overnatninger gik det nok. Vi benyttede os ikke at morgenmaden, men fandt et spisested i nærheden.
Hotellet er tæt på undergrund og forskellige busser, så placering var i TOP.
Personale har jeg ikke så meget at sige om… Andet end rengøringsdamerne var mere smilende og hjælpsomme, end dem i receptionen.

The hotel is very tiny and basic, definitely a budget hotel. Location is excellent, and the staff and breakfast were very good as well. 2 things that I did not like:
-the wireless internet kept dropping. Not really reliable at all.
- coffee they served in the breakfast room and available in your room was instant, so not real coffee at all.

The hotel leaves a lot to be desired. But I guess you get what you pay for. The WiFi was basically useless, the bed was quite uncomfortable, the amenities in the bathroom were not easy to use, and they were not adequate outlets in the room.

I stayed at the Gresham for one night during the UK heatwave.Perfectly situated and easy to get to Portobello, cental London , kensington , regents park, hyde park and the canal super fast on foot . Situated very close to m&s food, tesco plus the newly renovated Paddington station with lots of lovely places to eat and Gails for coffee and pastries .... only down side is rooms are absolutely tiny , ok for one person but in a heat wave with just a fan for some kind of breeze, not ideal... however that aside, as a base and lovely staff, super clean, very comfortable bed, luggage storage facilities once checked out etc 100%....id stay again in cooler weather!

Great location near Paddington station. Rooms are bijou but expected for the age. Very clean and comfortable bed.
We were in the basement bear the breakfast room. Not able to control temp . Room was warm but we opened the windows when " home". Great staff in the breakfast rm. Noce to have breakfast included. I am hsppy with yogurt and toast. My husband had the full Englush 2 of our 3 days there. Juice, cheese
All good. Noisy guests at night but agsin not the hotel's fault. Helpful front desk staff with maps and advice. Had stsyed there over 25 years ago and returned for the familiarity.

pleasant stay, room was very small but functional and clean. Slight comedy of things like the kettle plug not quite reaching the plug socket so had to put the kettle on the floor! But good choice of drinks etc and bed was comfy

Very handy to Paddington Station and public transport. Friendly staff. We had a very small twin room (2 twins, a wardrobe, 2 nightstands). We had to take turns opening our luggage on the bed, as there was not enough room on the floor. The bathroom was small as well, and I barely fit in the shower. The room was clean, and quiet. Breakfast was quite adequate.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. It was very clean and the staff were really friendly. We had a twin room which was small but adequate for our overnight stay. Happy to stay there again.
