Very good breakfast, location is perfect just around the corner ftom Paddington Station, there are plenty of shops, restaurants

Smooth check in walking distance from paddington station so many restaurants nearby to eat had gud experience

We have stayed before and love the position but since last time the breakfast has been altered and is no longer a fullenglish the bed was on castors and constatly had to be pushed back and i never used the sink which had no plug andlooked terrible but i still think it is good value for money and would possibl book it again

For the price we paid the Gresham was really good. Staff were really nice, room was clean, great location, some nice places to eat nearby. Two minutes to hyde park and Paddington station. Probably could do with an update, one plug in the room wasn't great, shower didn't have a proper holder. Little things really. Breakfast was good, cereals, fruit, toast and a plate of eggs sausage and beans. Would stay again for certain.

Staff was great - always friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit small, and sometimes limited view - but good value!

The staff is amazing. So friendly and welcoming. It was great to have the free breakfast right in the hotel for days that I wanted to stay in a little longer to rest. The heater in my room had a bit of trouble but the heavy blankets helped. It's a great location. Felt like I had easy access to anywhere I wanted to go via the tube...Paddington station in less than a 5 min walk away!

I absolutely loved the property—the location was fantastic, with countless buses, trains, and the underground just steps away, plus plenty of options for early or late-night bites. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations, offering a variety of cereals, toast with different spreads, and a full traditional English breakfast. The beds were clean and exactly as described online (standard size), with daily turn-down service that made the stay even more comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was excellent—offering a sewing kit for a wardrobe mishap as well as recommending great local food and drink spots I might enjoy. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be visiting again.

We were only there for one night in August but room was fine, everything you need in room (particularly bidet hose next to toilet and shower, and was very pleased to see fan in room, as weather was very warm, and breakfast was all you could ask, with plenty of choice ( kitchen staff were pleasant and helpful. Would be happy to stay again

Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a twin room, me and my daughter. The room was small, the shower room very small and everything is old but, in the other hand, there was everything we needed, Eve more than in more expensive hotels we stayed before. Very important for us, it was very clean. Location was also good, just a short walk from Paddington station. Overall, a solid good.

HORRIBLE. With all CAPS. Can’t find one good thing to say about this place, except the Receptionist, who was very friendly and tried to accommodate us. How anyone on your app could call this a 3 star hotel, needs immediate drug rehab. It’s only a 3 star on a scale of 300. Booked a 3 night stay, awful tiny room. We left after the first night. No a/c just a table fan. Horrible bed and mattress with springs sticking out. Bathroom, OMG, broken shower door unable to close, broken vanity. No wifi. No usb chargers. Complimentary Breakfast offered was just bread and juices. Extra charge if you wanted English Breakfast. Bushes immediately in front of hotel loaded with rats. I saw at least 5. Any reviews saying good things, are all lies

Tiny rooms but essentials in place. Adequate breakfast. Bathroom fine. Beds ok but sheets had tiny black dots ? Bed bug eggs that caused a lot of itching and rash. The dots would leave an ink like stain on crushing

Really bad experience and I couldn’t even get a refund back or cancel my my booking tried to complain, but no one was listening

Hotel conveniently located near Paddington Station which provides multiple transportation options and lots of nearby dining options. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

We chose thus hotel as it had a lift and carrying suitcases upstairs in our 70s is not wanted. This hotel took us up a floor and then we had to carry cases down steps to our room or carry them up steps 15 to the room. Bad advertising there was a lift byt nit for all. A powerboard sat on a narrow table with tv fan, kettle all plugged in. We couldnt watch tv as the dan and kettle blocked view. There was no hanging space in the wardrobe as it stored extra bedding Nd a heater. We will not use this hotel again. It is in a good location but needs updating. We stay in Paddington when in london and this was the worst we havd encountered

We booked this hotel for a quick overnughter when our train was cancelled to Paris. It is in the most lovely neighbourhood. Staff are so friendly and the room was SO CLEAN.

Could be more choice and variety for breakfast and filter coffee ☕ be nice and rooms could be more upgraded dear for what you get
