Communication was a bit lacking in terms of changed hours for breakfast and missed last shuttle service into town. Aside from that, all excellent.

Wonderful hotel, great condition. Our room had stunning views and the staff were superb (especially Dan). Slight disappointment that they ran out of GF breakfast options on day 2, even tho we'd had on day one and they knew we were staying 2 nights, but this was recovered well.

Fantastic stay overall, the location is perfect and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The staff were brilliant too; despite what some previous reviews have said, the restaurant team may be young, but they’re extremely welcoming, hardworking, and far from inexperienced. Just a small note for future guests: if you prefer a more filling breakfast, be prepared to pay an extra £10 for the full option, as the continental selection is quite limited. That said, everything offered was very fresh and nicely presented. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

unsafe Wi-Fi; no password protection. I advise guests not to use it unless they have a VPN. Hot breakfast can be expensive depend on what you have; it's a flat £10 charge. Utensils and tables could be cleaner. Did not feel we received the room package we booked. Carpet fairly stained in the entrance to the bedroom and the bathroom was permeated with a sporadic drain odour which we highlighted to the front desk but there was no response during our stay.

Could not fault the stay. Beautiful location and room. Restaurant excellent.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Really nice people. Nice touch having the complimentary gin in the room. Included continental breakfast adequate but not brilliant. Room service unpredictable with certain items not being replaced (e.g. no brown sugar, limited milk cartons and no flannels on one day). Also, room not serviced until late afternoon on one day. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and would consider another Harbour hotel.

Nice room, comfy bed, helpful staff. Sadly there was an unpleasant smell of boiled fish in the staircase and along the corridors. One lift remained broken the entire week, no signs of repair. Breakfast was bleak. Scarce food on the buffet table and sparse tiny crockery. Priced at luxury but sadly not delivering at the same level.

The service

Staff most helpful, but had to wait ages for food, 1.1/4 hrs for one course, then I thing they forgot the second, after reminding them it was still ages coming. Sat watching the sea in full sun, black dark when we finished our dinner!

Ok, location exceptional, staff friendliness was the best we have experienced, really great, rooms were nice with the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in. Then it comes to food, sadly no where near what you would expect for this priced property, could not get an English breakfast right despite returning 3 times meaning finning apart on a couples break, quality was poor and hit that you actually have to pay more on top of your room rate, the evening meals were poor although only dined once but was not prepared to try a second time, all in all a nice break but need some serious overhaul in the kitchen, one last thing try to avoid rooms 1-8 as the corridor has a drainage issue, not pleasant to wake up to at over £400 a night

Change of cider really spoiled it for me, otherwise amazing as always

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location. The staff are brilliant and make you feel so welcome and make every effort to ensure you have a great stay. Would 100% recommend!
