홀리데이 인 런던 - 켄싱턴 하이 스트리트 바이 IHG, IHG 호텔

오래된 흔적이 정말 많습니다. 그리고 왜 보수를 안 할까는 생각이 들죠. 이 호텔에서 느낄 수 있는 것들은 다음과 같습니다. 첫 째, 엘레베이터에서 내가 가고 싶은 층의 버튼이 안 눌릴 수 있다. 둘 째, 화장실 변기에서 물이 밤새 흐를 수 있다. 셋 째, 고정식 샤워기에선 기대하던 수압대신 이슬비가 나올 수 있다. 넷 째, 모든 게 조금씩 부서져 놀랄 수 있다. 하지만 절대 놀라지 마세요! 원래부터 그랬습니다! 이외에 서비스는 좋았습니다. 모두 친절하고요!

Likes-personnel in the hotel. Dislike - 1 live roach

Staff were very friendly. Some issues in room e.g. TV remote control didn't work and wasn't addressed by housekeeping when raised, plus some water blockage in bath/combined shower after few minutes of running. Having driven +3hrs was disappointed there was no parking available (was main reason for choosing hotel)

Very poor customer service and unknowledgeable and unprofessional staff

Unfortunately the complimentary coffee and teas were nit great. The little pots if milk were off. The coffee satchets were half open. Lounge food overpriced.

Very good location

Perfect place for a short trip to London!

A great option for a long or short stay in London. We had a few things planned for this trip over a couple of days, so we opted for a nicer hotel than usual. It's in a good area, with lots of options for food and shopping nearby (I recommend Flat Iron Steak). The room was clean and tidy, although there was an unfamiliar yet not particularly offensive smell in the bathroom – maybe a cleaning product that was used. The room was relatively spacious, with a comfy albeit quite creaky bed. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet – particularly the range of pancake toppings – and it was kept well stocked up. The pool was a highlight of our stay, with a nice jacuzzi and steam room. Note that you can't lock your belongings away in the changing rooms unless you bring your own padlock. Overall, this is a solid mid-budget option for London and we will definitely consider staying again.

Super Lage

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The location was a bit far out but only a 3 minute walk to a tube stop. The only complaint is that the room is incredibly, incredibly small. Especially the bathroom.

Great central location. Close to the tube station. Quick check in. Rooms very nice maybe a little tired. Plenty of staff all of whom are pleasant and helpful. Starbucks cafe on the ground floor adding to convenience. Enjoyable stay.

Large hotel, housing many travelers. Pool area can be crowded and could be attended to more.

Great hotel and itnwas quiet

The bed was practically a board, so prepare if you normally sleep on softer beds. After waiting for 3 hours for check-in because "housekeeping has not released the room yet" I walk into the bathroom to take a shower and notice there is a sign on the wall to put down the anti-slip mat for safety. I look at the mat, and see there is black mold all over the bottom of the mat. Hopefully this was a rare occurance, but double check your mat to be safe.
