Great stay in the inner sanctum suite I would highly recommend.

An all round amazing experience yet again

Great location, room was spottless and the bathroon was exceptional with a great shower. Staff also all very friendly.

Unique themed hotel. Got a free upgrade.

Very nice interior. Good breakfast. Very confusing entrance and path to the reception. Reception staff can't smile, speaks in riddles, and doesn't really make you feel welcome. The AC in the room is ridiculously bad. It's also making weird noises. The "hand" shower head in the shower is not detachable. That's just crazy.

Hotel & Room was everything we expected, perfect relaxing night away.

Unfortunately not earned of building work and scaffolding and dusty windows obscuring views. If there had been notice of this, I would have rescheduled

Celebrating my recent retirement with overnight stay and a concert at the Bridgewater. First time at Gotham and will be back. Very good customer service , 2 pre arrival calls. Some macaroons and chocolate strawberries waiting in the room to acknowledge my retirement. The shower, size and power, the best we have ever experienced in a hotel. Room b comfortable and clean. Great touches

Lovely place to stay Bit high on price but worth it Staff really friendly and professional I use the valet service great at first when grtting to the hotel but when leaving had to wait 40mins

This hotel is absolutely lovely! The building itself is so and the decor screams luxury (the classy kind). My favorite part? The room was so relaxing I considered forwarding my mail there permanently. And the in-room entertainment? If I could give it six stars, I would 🙂 Now, my only critique: reception seemed to have a “say no first, ask questions later” policy. Every request was met with, “No… but let me check.” And, surprise! Every time they checked, it was fine. It was like dealing with a very cautious magic 8-ball. That minor quirk aside, I’ll definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay.

We have stayed at Hotel Gotham many times before and absolutely loved it. Upon check in, the lady at reception remembered us from before and offered us both complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was an amazing and very thoughtful gesture. She is a real asset to the hotel! On the other hand, when we went to the rooftop bar, we were greeted by a gentleman who seemed quite disinterested and grumpy about being there. He was definitely the opposite of the lady who checked us in and the majority of the staff at the hotel who are fantastic.

Amazing hotel, room was comfortable and pleasantly decorated if a little on the small side. Bathroom however was spacious and thoutfully designed and decorated. Staff were very freindly and helpful. The outside of the building was being renovated at the time of our stay so had scaffolding covering the facade but having seen it before the scaffolding went up I remember it being impressive. Breakfast was good and freshly cooked but did seem a little caotic at times. There were plenty of staff but on the first day it took a while for our order to be taken and on the second day our order was incorrect. It didn't spoil what was otherwise an excellent weekend though.

Little disappointed. Had some issues with the bathroom

I was really looking forward to this hotel stay which was booked as a surprise for my partners birthday.As the hotel is sold as a five star hotel we were quite excited I had a conversation with one of the receptionist the week before regarding our stay and part of the conversation she asked if our stay was for a special occasion she said there would be a birthday plate in the room which I thought was a lovely touch but on arrival it wasn’t there which was disappointing! When we checked in the staff on the desk were nice and friendly and suggested we went up to the bar Brass before we went out in town. Which is exactly what we did we ventured up to the beautiful bar area which is very nice and has a lovely outside area, when we arrived upstairs there was nobody to greet us or indeed get us a drink .We sat for a while before my partner went to have a look around the bar areas to see if there was somebody to serve us a drink we waited another few mins and decided to leave without a having a drink. Later we returned to the bar and found the waiter to be rude my partner went up to the bar after being ignored and asked for our drinks the response was yeah!! He was sat at his computer it very much felt like we were disrupting him. Overall the restaurant is lovely and so are the staff in the restaurant very polite and welcoming.The rooms although need some sprucing up are actually nice however it wasn’t a five star experience I was hoping for.
