지하철역 가까이 있어 교통 용이하나 방상태나 청결도 낮고요 먼지가 날려 방안에 있기가 불편할정도. 수압이 너무 약해 샤워할때 매우 불편했어요. 엘리베이터 너무 노후 되어 잦은 멈춤..

직원들이 친절하였습니다.

자연사 박물관, 빅토리아 앨버트 뮤지엄 등 도보이용 가능해서 위치가 굉장히 좋았고, 트윈룸이 넓어 편했어요. 직원들 매우 친절하고 조식은 간소하나 빵과 커피가 아주 맛있었어요. 다만, 인테리어 공사를 시작해서 라운지 이용이 안되어 아쉬웠습니다. 맞은편에 레스토랑, 마트, 지하철 그리고 우측으로는 코인세탁소도 있어서 편리했습니다. 바로앞 셜록홈즈가는 버스가 있어서 다녀오기 편했습니다. 단 냉장고가 없어서 창문바깥쪽에 (겨울이라)사온 음식을 잠깐 놓아놓긴 했습니다 ^^ (티비도 크고 좋았음. 중심가라 소음은 있음)

냉장고가 없어서 당황했지만 런던 물가 감안해서 무난했어요 ㅠ아 5층까진 엘레베이터가 안되어 4층에서 내려서 캐리어 들고 올라가야 해서 그건 힘들었지만 나머지는 친절하시고 다 만족해요~

런던은 한해 평균 한번씩 출장을 갑니다. 런던에 출장에 적합한 (위치 좋고, 깔끔하고, 조식 무난하고, 비용 저렴하고...) 호텔이 그리 많지는 않은것 같습니다. 그 동안 이용한 호텔이 여의치 않아 새롭게 찾은 호텔인데, 만족합니다. 지하철역(피카딜리, 서클, 디스트릭 라인 환승)이 50m에 있고 주변 무난하고... 시설 깨끗합니다. 호텔 복도나 식당이 좀 좁긴한데... 런던이니까... 다음에 또 갈 생각입니다. 가격은 2월 기준으로 만족합니다만, 성수기에는 좀 더 오르겠죠.

Great location and perfect to walk

The room was a very good size for a small family in a great location. The bed was quite hard so may not be comfortable for everyone. We made good use of the nespresso coffee machine. Quite a lot of traffic noise at night. Would've been great if there had a been a mini fridge in the room so we could keep milk for our little one.

Mattress sank in the middle and lights on the balcony didn't work otherwise OK

The hotel room was significantly smaller than what is advertised. I asked the front desk about it and they said they only have a couple rooms that size and most guests get smaller rooms than they advertise. There wasn't enough space to walk around the sides of the bed or open the bathroom door more than a foot. The shower and sink drains were slow and backed up quickly. I asked if maintenance could fix the drains and the front desk ignored the request. The hot and cold lines were also backwards.

It was okay at best, arrived to a modern looking beautifully air conditioned reception, staff were friendly but didn’t give any info around breakfast times etc. Got to the room which was at 23degrees and air con set to lowest it could be, once we returned later in the night it had risen to 26degrees……… bathroom was clean and nice but had a drain smell to it, also shower had little water pressure. Balcony was nice addition although privacy screens both sides would have been nice. I noticed they tried charging my card in the middle of the night which confused me, turned out the receptionist at arrival charged the wrong amount, instead of apologising I was just told I had an outstanding charge to pay as if it was my fault! Also hotels.com booking said breakfast was included in the booking but when we arrived for breakfast we were told we hadn’t paid for it! All in all, the hotel was nice, modern and clean but too many little things let it down, I wouldn’t be rushing back to an ibis anytime soon.

Super location and hotel is everything you need from comfy bed, great reception team and very clean.

Unfortunately my room was quite dirty, dust all over the cups teaspoons and tray they were on, dust on the ledge below the mirror in the bathroom, dirty toilet, dirty bathroom tap, hair on the bathroom floor, shower drain was removed and left on the shower floor not sure why. opened one of the long life milks and it was lumpy. Staff were very kind and friendly though on arrival and checking out. Walkable to Kensington gardens or some nice cafes

I like the interiors. Customer Service is great, very helpful staff. Most of all breakfast spread is fantastic! The establishment is very clean and orderly, and i love the interior of the room, the lobby, the breakfast area. Special mention is EVA, the lady the staff assigned at the breakfast area. She is very polite, friendly and accomodating. Excellent service!

Lovely clean and modern hotel. Minutes from the station. Perfect to walk to museums and The Royal Albert Hall. Will definitely visit again.
