Staff were not polite in anyway at the reception desk If you don’t want to be there then find another job and when I came out of my room the cleaner looked at me like I wasn’t meant to be there??? Check out 12pm I left 11:20am because I worked the night before so had a lie in Again go find another job your in hospitality I stay away all the time and this is by far the worst in a long time Reception s

Breakfast expensive. Some amenities not working.

Great staff, helpful and polite. Parking was really good, breakfast was really good, rooms were really nice and comfortable. My number one choice when we go back to Nottingham

Positiv: - wir konnten bei der Anreise bereits kurz nach 12 Uhr ins Zimmer - bei der Abreise konnten wir die Karten einfach einwerfen Negativ: - der Whirlpool war defekt (in Wartung) - die vorletzte Nacht ging das Licht im Zimmer/Bad (ohne Fenster) nicht mehr (Sicherung/Kartenleser) - beim letzten Frühstück war der Fruchtjoghurt ranzig Fazit: - Nett, aber Vierstern ist anders

The hotel is conveniently located, I stayed for 3 nights and had a double room that was very small. Coffee mugs weren’t cleaned which I found annoying, breakfast was very limited to cooked breakfast which was actually cold despite being under hot lamps…. The pool area was small, hot tub wasn’t working and having to a disgruntled member he stated it hadn’t been working for months. Also the sauna was out of order too and has been for some time. The steam room smelt mouldy, I literally sat down and left….. not pleasant at all! Over all I was pretty annoyed and won’t be returning to this hotel.

I enjoy my stay here, the staff are very helpful and reliable.

In all my years of frequently travelling the HK for my job, I never checked in and been given a room that was occupied! Room 152 I was given and upon opening the door someone was in bed! Shocking! I reported to reception and the receptionist seemed relatively relaxed upon my statement.After checking into to an alternative room, I went down for dinner to be told all the tablets where fully booked until 8pm. The time now is 5.15. Not my best experience and I will not return

1 night stay room good hotel could do with a bit of maintenance ie toilets near reception one of the taps not working. Basement bat not fully stocked, staff very friendly and polite

34 degrees heat - Air-conditioning didn't work, fan didn't work, lift didn't work, tv broke down in the middle of a world cup match.

A nice clean hotel, shower was fab, air con wasn't working in the room, we thought initially it was our fault, for it not to work, but found a notice in the lift. Minimal alcohol available, most of draught beer not available.

It was blistering hot during our stay so we were glad we booked a hotel with air-con, yet even set on the lowest setting it didn't appear to be functioning correctly. We are in the restaurant our second night, but most of the menu was unavailable, which you wouldn't expect.

Room was good. Gym had no air con. Changing rooms were very basic. Pool was dirty. Hot tub and sauna were not working. Hotel looked tired and in need of refurbishment. Staff were reasonably helpful

Rooms were clean. The mattress wasn't the best, it was very uncomfortable. Shower in the bathroom wasn't ideal. No hose shower and the water temperature wasn't stable. Staff when you saw them were helpful but the wait to check in wasn't ideal. The walls in the rooms are so thin I could hear other guest from the rooms around me. Breakfast wasn't hot.

The room was ok - would have been better if the aircon was more efficient, if the shower gel bottle had been refilled but most importantly if it hadn’t smelled of stale smoke

The air con was broken and no maintenance to fix. The staff were helpful and provided a free breakfast as compensation. Generally the hotel was run down. Definitely not a 4 star hotel

The car park has a pretty steep staircase and anyone with feet bigger than size 5 would have to ascend and descend them adopting a penguin stance! The steps are awkwardly steep, not very wide and not very deep! The main entrance to the hotel didn’t appear to have a visible access point if you are carrying luggage or a baby buggy - requiring you to take a number of steps. The room was substandard - the door hinges creaked massively and housekeeping would be aware yet nothing done. Similarly, the shower and sink clogged up - housekeeping would be aware if water from the faucet is used to clean the spaces! When we headed to breakfast we gave our room number and proceeded to sit down. We then went to get breakfast and returned back. Upon getting up a second time to get hot drinks, the same staff member rushed over to me to ask my room number again, I can understand she may have forgotten if she checked with me, but the manner in which she leapt towards me made me feel as if she suspected I had come for a breakfast freebie! None of the breakfast items were labelled such as hot breakfast items and the as for the croissants, they ran out a few times within a few minutes which suggests they didn’t know how to replenish properly! Overall the hotel looks tried, with poor lighting in the corridors and is crying out for a face lift, A 4 star rated hotel based on the cost of staying and perceived amenities, but a 1-2 star rating based on the actual experience!

The staff are amazing Amani and Marienne are ever so helpful with a lovely human touch The kitchen staff are also very friendly

Original room felt unclean due to the number of stains on the carpet and curtains. I did ask to be moved and was given a different room that was better. The pool is down some steep stairs, but as the changing rooms are at the top, the stairs were soaking and quite slippy. The sauna and jacuzzi were out of use and there was a lot of sand in and around the jacuzzi. Breakfast on day one was good, but on day two a lot had run out and we were advised that there would be no further replenishment despite there still being around 45 mins left of the sitting. Overall, it was ok, but two nights cost nearly £360 so I had higher expectations.

Small rooms but clean. Food was not the best. Happy hour is every day and good prices.

Sauna virkede ikke. Skam. De skal være hurtigere med ombygning.
