메리트 켄싱턴 호텔

The room condition was not bad but i didn't got my deposit (which was 100pounds) back so I emailed the service center but l didn't get reply either

직원들 모두 친절해요. 방은 조금 좁았지만 깨끗하고 아늑해요! 위치도 아주 좋아요! 언더그라운드와 가깝고 인근에 상점, 마트 들이 많아요. 7박 동안 훌륭했어요👍👍

공항에서 피카딜리라인 타고 한번에 올 수 있고 지하철에서도 캐리어를 끌고 3분 정도면 도착할 수있는 위치입니다. 유명 관광지까지 튜브로 15~30분 안쪽으로 모두 가능하며 숙소도 깨끗하고 조명 침구 위생 모두 최상입니다. 트리플룸에 묵었는데 샤워실 물이 잘 내려가지 않는 단점이 있습니다.

Only downside was the size of the room

Hôtel très bien situé à côté de pleins de restaurants. Proche d’une station de métro donc c’est super facile d’accéder au centre. Les lits sont confortables par contre la propreté reste à voir : quelques tâches sur les draps et des poils sur les oreillers..

Love underfloor heating in the bathroom ❤️

Very clean but bathrooms are far too small, rooms are noisy. They have a nice feel and are fine for a short stay.

Hotel lindo, perto de metrô Super satisfeita, gostaria de me hospedar novamente

Eccellente soggiorno in questo hotel. Tutto molto pulito e personale disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione, in una via meravigliosa residenziale e tranquilla ma nonostante ciò comodissima vista l’immediata vicinanza alla stazione di Earl’s Court. Ci avevano anche chiamato dicendoci di aver dimenticato un paio di cuffie wireless in stanza (in realtà non erano nostre), questo a confermare l’onestà del posto. Stra consigliato.

Eit fantastisk flott og sjarmerende lite hotell. Såg nytt ut og rent. Moderne! Meget god frokost og ellers flott service. Bor gjerne her igjen. Kort vei til undergrunn stasjon Earl’s court.

Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel! Ma sœur et moi nous sommes rendues à Londres pour la première fois de notre vie. Détail important car nous étions la que pour 2jours et demi seulement et l’accessibilité en métro partout où vous souhaitez aller était juste incroyable! On a pris le metro et on ne se souciait pas de faire aller retour la où on souhaitait concernant la valise qu’on devait déposer ou récupérer à l’hôtel du fait que ce soit hyper accessible en uber comme en métro ou même à pied. Au niveau de l’accueil ils étaient tous très serviables et souriants. Pour la propreté je donnerai un 9/10, le lit les draps la chambre le sol la salle de bain tout était bien nettoyé/propre sauf les serviettes de bain qui avaient une légère odeur de fritures, choses que nous n’avons pas signalé à la réception car nous avions les nôtres mais je suis certaine que si on l’avait fait les serviettes auraient été changés. Au niveau de la sécurité et du bruit de la ville tout était au top! On ne s’est pas senti une seule fois mal ou pas en sécurité que ce soit le soir ou le matin. Si jamais nous aurons l’occasion c’est un hôtel auquel nous nous rendrons avec plaisir à nouveau à Londres.

Location is close to the public transport. If you have a heavy luggage is not really handy cause you have to reach the reception thru stairs .. FRIENDLY STAFF !! stayed in a basement room unluckily got a room smells like sewer😳😞… ( came late at night and can’t get any other room) Gladly stayed only for a night.. I did let the staff know that the room smells like sewer.. I hope they did something about it..

Room is really small, I pay the breakfast and ask for a coffee at 10.10 am but they switch off the machine at 10 am with customers in the room I got my coffee at Starbucks Call them at the reception 2 times to reserve a restaurant and they don’t answer me and never call me back

Boede i et superior room, som havde en fin størrelse med okay indretning. Rengøring meget fin. Rimeligt nyt og velholdt badeværelse, som var til den meget lille side, dog med dejlig brusekabine, men uden plads til vores toilettasker, hvilket ofte er et problem på hoteller. Her kunne de lige stå på en smal hylde direkte over toilettet. Stødte flere gange albuen på skarpe kanter, såsom dørhåndtag, håndklædeholder, som var bag døren mm. Ellers fint ophold. Flere caféer tæt på, hvis man ikke har morgenmad på hotellet, hvilket koster 16 £ pp på hotellet hvis forudbestilt senest aftenen før. Earl’s Court Station med to gode toglinier er lige rundt om hjørnet, så hotellet var en rigtig god og rolig beliggenhed.

This is a wonderful, modern and comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The different houses are easy to find and the rooms can be reached via an elevator/ lift. The modern bathroom comes with shower and washing utensils as well as fluffy towels. The only problem in my room was the air condition which wasn't working properly when I tried to operate it from the room panel. So it was either too cold or too warm and I had to make a phone call to the reception every time I needed something changed. They can operate it from there and then all was well. This problem does not concern all rooms, with my friend's room it worked just fine. I will probably stay with Merit again when in London and in need of a hotel room. Thank you for the good time.
