Todo increíble la lavadora no servía, me comuniqué y me atendieron, dijeron que irían al día siguiente pero no lo hicieron, pero todo lo demás excelente !!

Far too much up front faff having to register both occupants, upload passport photos & sign up to leave a security deposit - I won’t bother next time & stick with a hotel. The apartment itself was fine, wel located for the city, but the mattress is, by a significant margin, the worst I’ve slept on in my entire adult life. You could feel the metal of every spring and anyone moving in the bed is felt by the other partner. Long story short, it’s a nice apartment. You really need to replace the mattress, and the registration & security deposit process is enough to put me off a short term stay in the future

Good location for a walk along the River Thames.

Overall this was an excellent property to stay in; location was excellent, pub one side of the property and an Indian restaurant the other! Monument tube station just yards away and London Bridge just over the river. Great property inside, spacious lounge diner and comfortable bedroom. The only issue is it is slightly noisy in the morning, with the main road. Other than that this was an excellent place, within easy reach of the West End.

Apartment itself was excellent. The entrance and hallway were being worked at and going through a building site wasn't a great introduction to your accommodation. Once in the apartment it was great. For what I needed location was excellent

This property is in a great location Close to the tube station And historic location all walkable

Very noisy location and doors were banging as directly outside the lift. Usual apartment setup. Lacks shower gel and shampoo so you would need to bring own which is clearly different to a hotel. Checking in was painful, loads to enter in, even down to if you are having guests. Took ages to get through process and you have to leave 100 deposit. Not simple and if you like a quiet night this is not the place

Brilliant apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The only downside was the heat and the AC didn’t seem to cool the apartment. That being said, sun is rare in the UK so I will definitely be booking again

The apartment was quite spacious which was great after all the pokey hotels we have stayed in. We could not get the airconditioning working, and thought the bed was a bit hard for us, but other than that, we were very happy with the facilities and cleanliness offered.

Apartment is very spacious, modern, clean. A bit tricky getting up to it in building and heavy traffic area of London so best for foot-travel versus car.

Check-in process was difficult. Was unable to get through to the instructions to the code to enter. Had to call up the hotel and wait outside for 30 minutes before I got through. At regular points during my stay new arrivals would use the apartment buzzers asking for advice on how to check in. Apart from this, enjoyed the stay.

The elevator of the flat building was out of service. Wifi was not available an entire day out of 3 days I stayed.

I stay in a lot of hotels but rarely (if ever) leave a review. However I feel compelled to do so for this booking as I ended up staying somewhere else (at additional expense). The check-in process for this property requires you send a copy of your passport via a website I've never heard of before. I refused to do this and requested that my reservation be cancelled and to receive a refund which was refused/ignored. Apparently, it is the 'policy' of the property despite the fact that I am a UK citizen and never been asked to upload a a copy of any ID documents before at any other property. The email containing the details of the check-in process was sent to me less than 24 hours before I could cancel and get a refund. If you wouldn't be happy sending a copy of your ID to a website you've never heard of before for check-in purposes - then this property probably isn't for you either.

Lovely little apartment with all the amenities one could want. A little noisy but possibly just because I’m used to somewhere so quiet. Would have helped to have floor or room numbers on the doors off the stairway to make finding the room more obvious.

Poor service

Good value for money. Large and clean new studio, great location. Sadly they don't have Wifi and no lift. I had to go up 4 flights of stairs!

Great apartment and great location

No lobby. Just an apartment complex that you is hard to find and you need a code to access. Not easily accessible to contact someone for help. There was construction right in front of the room that we weren’t aware would be happening and weren’t notified prior to the loud noises and bangs. The elevator was out of order we had to drag our luggage up
