조식이 조금 부실하고 청결도가 조금 .. 나머지는 만족스럽습니다. 아!! 방이 작아서 답답한거 빼고는오 ㅎㅎ

지하에 있는 방을 배정 받아서 , 바깥은 전혀 볼 수가 없었습니다. 방상태는 괜찮았으나, 침대는 스프링침대였고, 에어컨 및 히터 작동이 잘 되지 않았습니다.

The hotel is very close to Earl's Court Station and comfortable place to get some rest. However, space is small. In addition, I'm somewhat bewildered by basement place.

Enigszins kleine maar wel schone kamers. Net en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is voldoende, ondanks enigzins beperkte keuze. Grootste nadeel is de metro die in de kamer hoorbaar is. Grootste voordeel is de verzorging. Goede schoonmaak die zich alleen bezighoudt met schoonmaken. Aanspreekbare staf die je serieus wil helpen

Simple, organised environment in a great location

Hotel is in a great location. Excellent staff but my only complaint is the bed was harder then a rock and the pillows were so flat.

Nothing like the brochure pictures, but apparently it is not important to accommodate disabled or elderly guests. The staff were lovely, but it felt like I was not the first to raise issues around accessibility. The owners clearly have no idea what guests need, as shown in only one question asked about the topic, which was about wheelchairs. There was no comfortable chair, just a foot stool which I was unable to wear. Nice carpets in hallways but not so nice in the room. Holes in bedding, and worst of all, the tiny television screen. For context the photo has my hand touching the screen. I could not only see the screen when on the bed. I also needed to be very careful not to knock the tv off the wall when I walked (sideways) past the bed because the space between the bed and the wall was only about 5 or 6 inches. Most painful indeed for me to do because of my disability.

Tiniest rooms ever! So you need to really like whoever you're going with. And not stay for too long. Other than that OK.

We had a family room for 4 persons. Very cosy beds, great location, nice stuff. A lot of pubs, restaurants and fast foods around hotel. Supermarket is 1min walk. The rooms are smaller in comparison to other central hotels, but the price we paid for 1 week incl breakfast was unbeatable. I would for sure advise to stay at this hotel if you dont want to overpay.

The manager gave me a complimentary breakfast on my last morning and on my first morning I was able to go to my room as soon as I checked in - at 8 a.m.!

Basement room thay was dark, dirty and noisy from the tube line underneath. No iron, had to ask at Reception and then struggled with the iron and ironing board theough 3 doors, a lift and two flighst of stairs and multiple tight corners to our room. Tall tiny window with roller blind that didnt properly shut so bright in the morning. Bed had one side againsr the wall which are SO thin, and very uncomforatble bed. Dirty bathroom and poorly closing doors, stiff taps. Staff seem quiet and hide. Great convenient location but wont be coming back unless a better room is available here.
