The room was perfect for solo, travel, and very clean! Plus, the AC was amazing

Simple, organised environment in a great location

Hotel is in a great location. Excellent staff but my only complaint is the bed was harder then a rock and the pillows were so flat.

Nothing like the brochure pictures, but apparently it is not important to accommodate disabled or elderly guests. The staff were lovely, but it felt like I was not the first to raise issues around accessibility. The owners clearly have no idea what guests need, as shown in only one question asked about the topic, which was about wheelchairs. There was no comfortable chair, just a foot stool which I was unable to wear. Nice carpets in hallways but not so nice in the room. Holes in bedding, and worst of all, the tiny television screen. For context the photo has my hand touching the screen. I could not only see the screen when on the bed. I also needed to be very careful not to knock the tv off the wall when I walked (sideways) past the bed because the space between the bed and the wall was only about 5 or 6 inches. Most painful indeed for me to do because of my disability.

The manager gave me a complimentary breakfast on my last morning and on my first morning I was able to go to my room as soon as I checked in - at 8 a.m.!

Basement room thay was dark, dirty and noisy from the tube line underneath. No iron, had to ask at Reception and then struggled with the iron and ironing board theough 3 doors, a lift and two flighst of stairs and multiple tight corners to our room. Tall tiny window with roller blind that didnt properly shut so bright in the morning. Bed had one side againsr the wall which are SO thin, and very uncomforatble bed. Dirty bathroom and poorly closing doors, stiff taps. Staff seem quiet and hide. Great convenient location but wont be coming back unless a better room is available here.

The hotel is very close to earls court station and is perfect for easy transport to Heathrow.

We had constant problems with next room neighbors being loud until 10 pm or 11 pm almost every night. I went the front desk several times. It was ridiculous, especially for the amount of money I spent to stay there. Our room was in the basement- it stunk the entire time. Smelled like mold, and felt damp in there. Was terrible getting room attendants the first day- I scheduled a room clean, but it wasn’t done- and I was blamed for putting the “ do not disturb” sign on the door- so they didn’t even knock or see if we were there- AFTER I scheduled my room to be cleaned. The desk attendant wouldn’t even touch our towels when I took them to the front desk- to get clean ones. Our entire stay was not what it should have been- I spent WWWAAAYYYYY too much money for the crappy service, and the noise constantly.

My daughter and I stayed at the Mowbray Court in the Annex section. The room was spotless and the air con worked brilliantly on such a hot weekend. The hotel is a 3 min walk to Earls Court and we also walked through gorgeous areas to the Royal Albert Hall and Notting Hill and felt safe. Would definitely stay again. We even got to check in early!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very convenient to have before heading out for our daily adventure.

Wouldn’t recommend, was not impressed with the room at all We booked a double room for three nights On arrival we were asked if we would like a larger room, to which we said yes. We were then asked if we were okay with a lower ground floor room which we said no too. We were given a ground floor room that was probably the smallest in the whole hotel and a tiny window and a view of other people’s windows. We were unable to open the curtains the entire stay as we did not want someone to see in and that room was not big enough for two at all Our wishes at reception were not listened too at all after being asked specific questions about our preferences We did not opt for breakfast and were glad that we didn’t after seeing it. You could get a much nicer continental breakfast just round the corner at a lovely cafe It was not a comfortable stay for us at all and were very disappointed in this

Very handy location, with great tube links to Heathrow and city. Lovely area, pretty streets. Lots of handy shops. Room was great, bigger than expected. Would happily stay again.
