I love this place and always use it when traveling down to see my family in Hampshire. The staff are always friendly and professional and the place is just gorgeous with nice big clean rooms and lots of facilities. The only tiny thing I'd say is that if you want a drink in the bar during office hours, you'll need to mention it to a member of staff in the restaurant as the bar isn't staffed all the time. They're more than happy to come through and make you one though so no biggie

Clean rooms , rather warm with heating on constantly though

Difficulties in finding room as all seem to be external chalet like, with black room numbers on a black doors. Bed ok and Bathroom good though.

We stayed over Easter to be near family. The room was nice enough for the price. The only small issue that we had was that the laundry trolleys were parked right outside our window for the whole weekend so wasn’t the best of views. Other than that, all good.

Ideal for a short break

The hotel is generally okay with a nice pool and gym area. The rooms really need some love and care. We had to move to another room as the radiator thermostate (tap) was broken off at full on so we were far too hot. The new room was a much better temperature, but the loo roll holder had gone so you end up holding the toilet paper like being on a camping trip. We had a nice meal and drink in the bar area and a reasonable breakfast in the morning. The staff are all pleasant. The room swap was handled well.

Really nice hotel with really friendly and helpful staff with a great spa and pool. Special mention has to go to Charlene in the spa for going above and beyond.

Clean room, lovely bar and spa. Really relaxing. We visit this hotel often amd will continue.

Pets welcome. Staff very friendly. Beautiful old building for dining. Limited food choices for dietary needs

Beautiful property and gardens with lots of historic detail in the main house.

The staff were very helpful. The pool and spa were very nice. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The main building was very interesting to visit. The room was small, with corridors dark and unattractive. Room service plates were in corridor all weekend

Really helpful staff

The room was clean and had the essentials except a fridge. The rooms are not in the main Manor House but they are in the converted ‘stables’ adjacent to it. This means you have to walk outside to the reception, dining room, bar and leisure centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to eat dinner which was average given how much we paid. There was a big mix up with menus and what food was available with some guests being told they could have some things and others being told they couldn’t. We both had the steak which was good. Unfortunately I returned the cherry crumble as the custard was like water and it had no taste to it at all. The staff were very apologetic and refunded us straight away. The pool is nice with good unisex changing rooms. It had a nice jacuzzi and sauna.
