호텔 내부가 매우 고급스럽고 편안했습니다. 역사적인 건물에서 숙박 할 수 있다는 것이 정말 행운이라고 생각합니다. 방 한가운데 걸린 샹들리에는 사랑스러운 분위기를 만들었고, 침구는 굉장히 포근했습니다. 3명이라 쇼파베드를 사용했는데 크게 불편하지 않았습니다. 욕실도 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 스파 지역라서 그런지 물도 좋은거 같았어요! 피부도 미끈해지는거 같았어요. 조식 중 컨티넨탈은 가지수가 적었지만 요리와 함께 먹으면 적당했습니다. 맛있어요:) roman bath, bath abbey는 10분정도 거리였고, 거리 끝에 있는(2분거리) 미술관도 너무 좋았어요! ** 처음에 갔던 방에는 하수구?냄새가 나서 방을 바꿔달라고 해서 다른 방으로 갔는데 냄새가 나지 않아서 다행이었습니다. Hotel is very nice, breakfast is average (not buffet style, order at table and not great for price) What disappointed us was that we were basically chased out of the parking lot - we had left the car there for 1 hour post checkout and got calls and voicemails asking to move it as guests were due imminently. We rushed to move the car, and when we did the whole parking lot was empty. We were there with a 4 month old baby, would have cost them nothing to leave us in peace given there was no actual need to move the car. Pity as it left a sour note of an otherwise good stay

Amazing break, such a lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Have stayed at another property of theirs in Margate always a great stay and dinner!

The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly and the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was a really high quality and the sweet shop outside our room was a lovely touch. However I was a little disappointed with the size of our room and unfortunately the bathroom had a really strong smell of drains, although staff were really quick to try and sort this. We really enjoyed our stay but I do think the prices of the rooms are a little high.

Quirky hotel in great position near shops etc. Only criticism was breakfast as poached eggs on both days were hard not runny. Otherwise good experience.There are only 7 car park spaces so unless you book early you won’t get one.

Our room was beautiful with a luxurious whilst comfortable feel. Service from the front desk was exceptional with nothing being too much to ask. The hotel held our luggage to make our day of check out easier allowing a full day in the city. It was unfortunate to not be able to access the hotel parking due to very limited space but nearby multi-storey parking was available. My children enjoyed the snack pantry which was a lovely touch and different to other hotels we have stayed in. I would have liked water/ coffee and milk to be replenished during evening turn down but this means a minor detail. The team at No.15 were highly attentive from booking to departure.

I had the pleasure of staying at No.15 by GuestHouse in Bath, and while it was just for one night, the experience left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making us feel right at home. Although we didn’t get the chance to fully explore the hotel’s facilities, the hospitality alone made our stay exceptional. After checking out, we planned to explore the city and asked if we could leave our luggage behind, as it would have been too much to carry around. Without hesitation, the staff happily accommodated our request, assuring us that we could return at any time to collect it. Their genuine kindness and helpfulness truly stood out. If you're looking for a stay in Bath where thoughtful service and hospitality take center stage, No.15 by GuestHouse is an excellent choice. I would love to return for a longer stay in the future!

The Hideout at No. 15 was an absolutely wonderful room, a perfect mix of luxury without feeling ostentatious. Really feels like a private space for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was gorgeous, and the sitting room had a very cosy, almost cottage feel. The staff were incredibly helpful at all times and always happy to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself and the staff were fine & polite. The room wasn't up to standard, considering the price point. There was no hot water either on Saturday or Sunday. This was pointed out to the staff on Saturday evening and I was assured an emergency tradesman was coming to fix the boiler issue. This did't alleviate the issue. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean and is in need of decoration.

A really beautiful property with well designed and decorated rooms. Staff were always willing to help, food and cocktails in the bar were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the onsite spa too. Parking is limited on site so its a little bit of a logistical challenge with two kids to use the public car park but its reasonably priced and not far away.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Such great decor, comfiest bed, gorgeous everything. Spa experience was sublime, the copper room is totally brilliant! Would highly recommend

Room was not what I had expected/booked

Excellent hotel in the perfect location to enjoy bath! Made our engagement weekend extra special. Park at the podium car park for £30! Complimentary snack bar in the coach house was a lovely touch! Will be back.

Great property with kind staff, location was ideal. My only issue is that the hotel is a little old and the floorboards creak when you step on them, so at night time, you can hear people walking around loudly.
