It was absolutley fine, we came for a datenight with my wife, and we had a great time! Check in quick, basically just got our key handed over. We loved it.

Stayed here multiple times, always a good experience.

Very nice modern and clean hotel. Not a fan of separate toilet and bathroom but otherwise standard room was very comfortable.

Stayed prior to an exam - staff and hotel itself were great. However there was a lot of noice on the main road outside and I struggled to sleep. Try to book a room away from the main road if you need a quiet night

Staff where really freindly and helpful

Great breakfast buffet lots of choice. Friendly staff. Spacious clean room with very large television. 5-10 min walk from leeds station, ideal location. Had a lovely stay.

Very good to stay over

Overall very nice however I think the mattresses need changing, heavly used, very uncomfortable.

Brilliant but could've been sky tv in the rooms

It is in an excellent location and the staff were all brilliant and friendly. The breakfast is superb and the staff at breakfast were very good.

Great stay in a good location, only downside was the lack of parking at the hotel - very small underground car park

Room amenities and housekeeping standard of my Queen room were excellent. The location near the station and the town centre was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was on arrival there was only 1 person on reception at about 4pm and it was at least 5 minutes wait whilst I stood for check in.

Really nice room, absolutely spot on

The hotel is lovely we have stayed here a few times now and always come back. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We were lucky our room was ready before the checking time so was able to check in early.

Only a 1 night business trip, so no time to make full use of the facilities. The staff however were excellent, especially Robin who was on reception when I arrived late in the evening to check in. My reservation had not been properly added to the system and so she was unable to check me in. We quickly established that I should have been booked in and although it took nearly 30 mins to resolve she ensured I was looked after, arranged a drink from the bar and ensured the issue was resolved. After similar situations I have experienced in the past, it was refreshing to have someone take so much care to resolve the situation. Many thanks to everyone at the hotel.

Nice room , everything we needed

Brilliant hotel it has really modern training rooms & friendly staff who always go over and beyond the service they provide. Well done team.
