The room was okay,

Please i want my refund i didn't lodge in that pebbles guest house from the night i suppose to check in due to the dirty, smells, odour and building under construction dogs in the lodge

this host has done scam with me, i booked the room with hotels.com when i was there at 20:00 host said sorry your room is not ready i try to find other room for you but after that he turned off his phone and he did not refund me.

Wouldn't recommend this place we left after 1 hour. Place very dirty with fleas. Bed can feel springs. Nobody so speak to either.

More like halfway house then guest house. Not appropriate/safe to stay with family. Should not be an option to book with children. Front door to the building and side door open, no security, small standard lock on room door. Smell of smoke. Would not book or recommend. No refund provided when these issues were raised either.

Nothing like the pictures... bloodspots on the wall, mold in the bathroom, previous occupant's dog's hair on the floor, crooked and broken shelves and curtain-holder, window could be opened to max an inch (and it was heatwave), napkin glued by something on the ceiling...

Room was awful, not like the pictures advertised. The lock on the door room was permanently y locked and after going out for food we came back to it open. The fan In The room was broken, there were no towels and only one cup for the two of us to use. We booked somewhere else asap and didn’t stay any longer than 45 minutes. Very disappointing!!!!!!

Parking was good,,The room however was not as the nearby sockets near the bed did not work so I had trouble charging my phone ect,,, I did ask before I arrived there could I have a low floor & en-suite room and he said Yes,,but when I arrived there I had a top floor and No en-suite,I did complain to the staff but did it get me anywhere the answer is No……

Probably one of the worst places I have booked. Bad smell in the room. Shower pressure was poor. Generally not a pleasant stay.

This is an insecure HMO. Front door wide open on arrival. Several men smelling of cannabis and alcohol lurking around the communal hallway. Room dirty with a stained mattress and carpet. Refused to stay and walked straight back out again. It's just completely unsafe for a lone female to stay in and should be removed from the site.

When we arrived there was no towels , we tried to call twice but no answer , I asked a member of staff who was picking there feet at the door and sent through to the kitchen whilst they just continued rabbiting on the phone. I was given a manky well used stained towel when I asked for two , I was told there was only one clean towel. The bedding in the room was creased and thrown on. The metal springs in the mattress gave us both the most uncomfortable night whilst having to listing to other people in the guest house talking about there anti social problems and foul language with windows wide open. It appeared to me this is more of a half way house for problem people rather than a guest house. The room is dangerous with attic slanting roof leaving you to bump your head when trying to walk around the bed, lock on door half hanging off with a hole you can see through , no cups to drink out of , windows appear never cleaned. Mirror was balanced on a grotty table , Sorry but this place is a grotty hole not fit for paying customers.

Not hot water in the room. They provide tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk and kettle. Nothing to drink from. Such a joke

No cups.no soap.no towels .no light in bathroom.only 1 pillow bad mattress no access to property just don't bother.

Poor parking. Booking in was a bind, nobody answered phone or returned messages. Light fitting in room broken. No remote for TV. Ariel cable had no connector on, just pushed into TV. Shared shower looked in Poor and unclean condition.

Bed and Roof overhead, locks on the doors are solid. Did have someone sleeping in the communal area though and all doors open aside from bedrooms at 2am.

Walkable to the train station and cruise terminals. But the property was pootly maintained. Our room locked but the common front door doesn't lock and is not secure. There was peeling paint in our room, no control of room heat, no towels, no cups, no control over shower water temperature and no remote for the very small TV.

It is old, tired, patched up, broken lights, messy, needs maintenance and paint. But worse, there was no towel but I got one from a staff member, but it was a waste of time as there was only a trickle of water and even after 10 minutes, no hot water. But worst of all, the smoke alarm was dead (I know about them) and it was a very long way down to the only fire exit. If I could give it a zero I would. Take it off your list.

Ok for the price paid. They can provide some guidance how to park in street
