Worst place to stay not suitable at all. Every thing needs replacing

How can you comment on a room that was doubled book sent to another place that stunk unable to get back onto this place as door was locked so back to the place that was double booked able to get in to this one but no room so spent the night on the settee in the corridor

A horrible experience, if you have any standards whatsoever you're best keeping away.

Check in proved difficult as I hadn't been sent a room number or check in code and didn't realise I was supposed to request this 24 hours prior according to special instructions. Luckily a cleaner was there and sorted me out. The room itself was very clean except for under the bed. No towels or soap. Someone knocked on my door at 10:20am asking if I was checking out that day. I said yes and he said check out was 10am. I said no checkout is 11am and he checked his phone and left me be.

We have to book another hotel as we were not happy with the guest house. First, I waited til after 7pm for their message to get access to the property .Thanks to my cousin who left a voice message and someone called me after that( in fairness ,the guy was very helpful and sent me a text msg after that with the access code). When we get to the Pebbles Guest House , the main door is open anyways, so we went up to our room and our door is open and keypad lock is not working .The room is not clean , bedsheets been laid out tidy but it seems it hasn’t been changed ? Hangers all over the floor and hanger rail is broken . The bathroom is dirty too. We don’t feel safe so we have to go and booked to a hotel.

Just awful stay - we were not aware that towels would not be provided, the mattress on the bed was so thin it felt like sleeping on the base, the curtains were falling apart and the tv did not work - and there was no-one available to bring these issues to, as the property is not serviced at all. We are surprised that this accommodation is offered on Hotel.com because, in our opinion, it does not constitute being labelled as a hotel...it is more like a downmarket bedsit without a kitchen..! NEVER AGAIN!!

Kind staff, clean spacious room, kitchen with everything you need to cook.

I fully appreciate it was a cheap room and a low cost for an over night stay. But on arrival the front door access was not working and so I used the alternative side access which was noted in the arrival instructions. the main bedroom light did not work up on arrival but there was a lamp in the room which kept me from being totally in the dark ! The external TV arial which had snapped off its mast had come to rest on the bedroom window and every time the wind blew it smacked up against the glass, so there was no way anybody was getting any sleep !! After 20 mins the Tv arial gave up the fight with the wind and fell into the court yard below ! The room had a strong smell of drugs ( cannabis ) and upon opening one of the draws I found a empty packet of medical cannabis. I could feel every spring in that mattress when I eventually tried to get some sleep. The toilet next door to the room did not have a working light and so I had to use the light off my phone so that I could see what I was doing. In the morning when I went to use the shower room I was unable get any hot water from the shower mixer valve. On return to my room on the second night I was greeted by a group of gentleman in the lobby area that had potentially just arrived in this country and did not understand or care that making a noise until the early hours of the morning would disturb other guests. Staying at the Pebbles Guest House was one step up from sleeping in the Car.

Clean and friendly staff.

You need to get towels in the roome.
