퀸즈 파크 호텔

가족 여행으로 유럽 여러나라를 여행했지만 가본 호텔중에 제일 안좋은 호텔입니다. 카페트는 더럽고 엘리베이터는 좁고 구조도 엉망이라 방을 찾는데도 시간 많이 걸리네요.. 그리고 짐을 맡겼는데 1파운드 내라고 하는 등 대체 뭘 어쩌라고 하는지 모르겠습니다. 출장이든 숙박이든 다시는 투숙하지 않을 예정입니다. (좋은걸 찾으라면 위치하나는 좋네요..)

I love staying in this area because of transportation- 2 streets over you have 2 tube stations central/circle/district-there also so many options to dine-and several grocery stores-The parks are up the street hyde park and kennisington park and palace-My room was one of the nicest I've had in my many trips to london- very secure and quiet!

It was as expected. Rooms small but similar to other local hotels.

Air con old and awkward

Id like to start this review by saying me and my boyfriend booked this trip AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE without staying in an absolute hovel so the quality of this hotel especially the friendly and helpful staff and the amenties were an absolute bonus. When we checked in the lady who served us was lovely and showed us to our room. The room was spacious and even included a full size fridge and microwave! Everything was spotlessly clean and my only feedback would be the shower was a little small for my chubby self and my 6'3 partner 😊 the hotel is right by hyde park if you want to walk to the shopping areas but youre also only 2 roads from the underground which i found so much easier to navigate than i had thought. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and are very happy with what we got for the price, thank you to the whole team 🌟

The staff at the hotel are excellent and worked extremely hard to make our stay comfortable. However, there were some issues with the wifi, room phone and tv channels and we had to move rooms because of this. A gentleman from the front desk worked so hard to resolve these issues and we greatly appreciated his time and effort! We were in a basement room for 4 people which was super spacious and clean, but a strange smell came from the air conditioning unit when you turned it on. The breakfast was great and the hotel is so close to the train and the city! A good hotel if you are looking for affordable lodging, close to main attractions, with great staff!

Camera molto piccola con soffitti talmente bassi che, con i miei 180 cm, riuscivo a toccarli senza nemmeno allungare del tutto il braccio. Lo spazio era talmente ridotto che persino l’armadio era meno profondo dello standard (60 cm), altrimenti non ci sarebbe stato in stanza. Nel complesso era pulita, ma la doccia avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione: il soffione era da cambiare, con il materiale attorno ai fori ormai deformato e annerito, e nelle guide dei vetri c’era sporco accumulato. Il letto era comodo come materasso, ma montato su sei piedi in legno piuttosto alti per permettere di riporre le valigie sotto; questo lo rendeva instabile, tanto da sembrare di trovarsi su una nave in tempesta! Da segnalare però che il bagno era uno dei più grandi che mi sia capitato di trovare a Londra. Nel complesso comunque consiglio la zona, dato che Paddington e dintorni sono tra i più comodi e serviti della città.

It's not a bad hotel, the staff are friendly and by and large helpful. Rooms are small but it's a budget hotel in a good location.

My reservation supposed to be big room with 2 beds and when I arrive there, they just gave me one bed small and the room is very tiny and no air conditioning and some dirt. I have photo for that.

First I book a room, go to the room. No AC, just a fan. Unacceptable. Who books a room with no AC in the middle of summe. That needs to be stated that the room has no AC. So I asked for a room with AC, got it, but no TV, twin bed, when I booked a queen, and room very dirty. Stains all over carpet, dirty walls. Asked for some ice...no ice. No ice machines. NO FRILLS HOTEL. Look elsewhere!!

Great property

The hotel was in an ideal location but that was the only good thing about it. The showers didn’t work. We booked a family room so we could celebrate a birthday when we woke up in the morning but they messed up the booking and we ended up having to have two separate rooms. The hotel was very noisy throughout the entire night which made it impossible to sleep. I would not stay here again.

Room was hotter than a sauna. No air condition and the only way to get some fresh air was through window. Same time you got the noise from opposite construction site. Everything in the room had seen its best days. Still big plus for good service from the front desk

Wir hatten uns auf unseren Aufenthalt gefreut, wurden aber leider massiv enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft war in vielerlei Hinsicht inakzeptabel: • Schon beim Betreten des Hauses fiel uns ein großer, nasser Fleck im Aufzug auf – unhygienisch und unangenehm. • In den Zimmern selbst war die Sauberkeit absolut unzureichend: Der Biden hat geklebt, der Spülbecken-Abfluss war voller Haare, das Becken selbst stark verschmutzt, genau wie die Dusche • Die Bettwäsche war voller schwarzer Fusseln und Haare – absolut unhygienisch. Noch schlimmer: Decken und Kissen rochen extrem unangenehm. Trotz mehrfacher Bitte wurden diese nicht ausgetauscht. • Der Balkon war dreckig, mit Zigarettenstummeln, Müll, einem alten Besen und sogar einem benutzten Kondom. • Die Fensterrahmen waren morsch und bröckelten – renovierungsbedürftig und keineswegs wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. • Insgesamt machte alles einen sehr ungepflegten und verwahrlosten Eindruck. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts extrem unwohl gefühlt. Dieses Apartment ist definitiv nicht empfehlenswert!

After reading reviews on this property I was not looking forward to our stay. The hotel is very pleasant and rooms were nice, unfortunately the room we were provided had no Air conditioning and the heat was unbearable. Good hotel for 1/2 nights

It was a great inexpensive hotel to stay at would recommend

Stort, rymligt rum med toppenläge nära Hyde Park och promenadavstånd till Oxford street. En nackdel är dock att rummen är mycket mycket lyhörda.

Bra läge med bra kommunikationer. Vi fick problem med kvarglömd sak som de hjälpte oss att få tillbaka. Dock svårt att få kontakt med hotellet per telefon.
