The sheets were dirty upon entrance, and the room wasn’t up to par. I stayed at the Marriott and Raddison Blu, for the same price point of three nights and I was highly disappointed with how much the Raddison Blu hotel lacked especially for its price point. It didn’t come with much, and upon leaving I was waiting for at the door and pressured to leave the room. Didn’t enjoy my stay at all.

Unfortunately the reception staff did not seam to know what was going on. I had emailed them 2 times regarding our stay, booking a restaurant, car parking and being able to make up the 3 rd bed as we were 3 adults - none were dealt with at all. As a platinum member I was not offered an upgrade and had to remind the restaurant staff about the 20% discount on food 3 times. Next time I will try another hotel.

Hotel was huge and very busy, they seemed understaffed on arrival. The hotel itself felt a bit dated compared to the Radisson Red down the road. We booked a family room which was meant to have three beds, but it only had one King when we arrived . This was dealt with promptly with another bed being arranged while we were out. We found the room extremely cold during the night as we couldn't work out the heating controls. There was also noise heard throughout the night caused by guests in other rooms (music being played etc.) although it didn't last long, so assume someone else had complained before we had a chance to. Staff were generally friendly. Unfortunately it looks like instead of refunding my £50 room deposit, they have taken the money a second time and as there is no way to speak to someone over the phone on weekends, I will have to phone on Monday to sort out, which is added inconvenience. I wouldn't choose to stay at this particular hotel again. We had friends staying at the nearby Radisson Red and this seems like a nicer hotel generally.

This was a very pleasant and comfortable overnight stay , as ever. All the usual membership upgrades were recognised and delivered which is always a very pleasant inclusion. Will be booking again I'm sure. Thank you

The bar food is overpriced and average. I understand you can't control the wind, but i may as well have kept the window open all night. The screeching noise through the windows kept me awake all night. Might as well of stayed in a cheap b&b
