Decent stay - hotel is a bit tired and needs investment but it’s got a nice character with friendly staff

We experienced a wonderful stay at the Reigate Manor this weekend. We celebrated Valentine's evening there, and thoroughly enjoyed the Frank Sinatra Tribute dinner dance. We also stayed overnight. We received a very warm welcome on arrival. Our room was great. The king size bed was soo comfortable. The food served at the dinner dance was brilliant. Great care was taken with presentation, and the tables and room were nicely decorated for Valentine's evening. The service of the staff was exemplary. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We will definitely return.

Lovely room, very comfy beds, the young lady at reception was so lovely and welcoming. Second stay and again met all expectations. Will definitely be coming back

The reception team upon check in and check out were friendly and helpful. I explained my windows were open in my room and the radiator was off so my room was unbearably cold for most of the evening. I stayed in room 401 and this room is very noisy with the road, my bed actually shock during the night from Lorry’s going past. I think I would have had a better sleep laid next to the M25! The room was mostly clean however behind the bed and sideboards were very dusty as I was looking for plug sockets which again is frustrating not to have one near the bed. The plug sockets in the room were mostly in use for side lights, kettle and tv so I had to chose what I wanted to use at any one time. Didn’t use the bar or restaurant so unable to comment. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and had a very sleepless night due to the noise and I had upgraded this time with the hope this room would be better but unfortunately not so I would not stay again in the future.

we stayed after flying back to Gatwick, 20mins from airport. Lovely charming hotel. Very quiet, lovely staff. food we had was also excellent.

Hotel is lovely, very clean. My room was overlooking the road and was very noisy all night. My room was a little chilly too. Food great, staff very friendly.

Comfortable bed, nice warm shower and the reception lady was lovely. It was a bit noisy as there was a big party on which I wasn't aware of when I booked but to be fair to the lovely receptionist, she put me in a room as far from the noise as possible and it was very jolly sounds. Cosy, warm, safe and convenient.

Very helpful and friendly staff restaurant food excellent .We had a relaxing weekend and enjoyed the burn’s night.

Good location close to M25 Junction and a comfortable room at a good value price, not 5 star, but also not 5 star price so does the job. Nice bar as well will stay again.

It's a nice big old hotel. Nice bar and food service is quick. Staff very helpful and friendly.

2 night stay in the post new year lull, for a family funeral. No TV remote in the room. Card keys stopped working after one night. Fire exit door left wide open outside our room on bitterly cold night. Toilet cistern leaking onto bathroom floor. Very poor TV and bathroom noise insulation from adjacent room. Also noise from the adjoining petrol station and road, and early morning bin activity. Continental breakfast reasonable and fairly priced. Plenty of parking. Comfy bed.

Shower didn’t work in the room

We've stayed here before and really enjoyed it. The staff are first class, really really nice and friendly and very helpful too. However, the rooms are tired, the bathroom particularly so. Having said that, it is good value and we'll be back again.
